Objective:Observed of Xuan-Long- Zhi-Ke granule in the treatment of subacute cough (the lung-dryness syndrome due to yin deficiency efficacy, safety.Methods:Met the inclusion criteria,69cases of patients with subacute cough (the lung-dryness syndrome due to yin deficiency were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group35 cases, decoction to Xuan-Long-Zhi-Ke granule oral treatment, control group of 34 patients, to the-Fu-Fang-Jia-Yang-Na-Ming capsule oral treatment.Course of treatment was 7days,7 days compared before and after treatment symptoms (cough, the amount of expectoration, chest tightness, etc.) to improve the situation, evaluation The Xuan-Long- Zhi-Ke granule, the treatment of subacute cough (the lung-dryness syndrome due to yin deficiency) efficacy and safety.Results:(1)Comparison of two groups:the treatment group of 35 patients, clinicalcontrol in 16 cases (44.44%),7 cases (19.44%),8cases (22.22%),4 cases (13.88%), markedly effective rate of 63.88% total effective rate was 86.10%; 34 patients, the clinical cure in 6cases (17.64%),5 cases (14.70%), effective in 15 cases (44.11%),8 cases (23.52%), markedly effective rate of 32.34% The total effective rate was 76.45%, the treatment results are different (P<0.05);(2) Comparison of total score of TCM symptoms:After treatment, the treatment group’ the total score of TCM symptoms was lower than the control group, there was significant difference (P<0.05).(3) Comparison of general effects of TCM symptoms:the rate of the two groups There was significantly difference between the two groups (P<0.05).(4) Comparison of two sets of symptoms after treatment:treatment the symptoms than the control group more notable, comparing the two groups had significant differences (P<0.05).(5) Treatment onset time:the treatment group onset time faster than the control Group, two groups had significant difference (P<0.05).(6) Safety Analysis:There was no obvious adverse effect in two groups.Conclusion:Xuan-Long-Zhi-Ke granule can effectively improve the subacute cough the lung-dryness syndrome due to yin deficiency symptoms of dry cough, expectoration.
