Clinical Observation On Using The Huangqishudiqufengtang To Treat Active Chronic Urticaria (Asthenia Of Qi And Blood)

Objective:Clinical observation on using the clinical effect of Huangqishudiqufengtang to treat active chronic urticaria (asthenia of qi and blood) and evaluatie it objectively.Methods:In accordance with the principle of randomized case control study,67 cases were divided into two groups randomly.34 cases in the treatment group,treated by Huangqishudiqufengtang and Desloratadine. 33 cases in the control group, treated with Desloratadine.To observe the total effectiveness and relapse in two groups after treatment.Results:Clinical observation showed that the treatment group healed 4 cases,19 cases had markedly,8 cases had effective and 3 had no effect, the total effective rate was 91.2%; The control group healed 2 cases,11 cases had markedly,12 cases had effective and 8 had no effect, the total effective rate was 75.8%. Treatment group total effectiveness is better than that of control group, the difference is statistically significant (p< 0.05). Followed up for 3 months, in respect of relapse and recurrence time,treatment group were better than control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:The compound Huangqishudiqufengtang and Desloratadine is valid prescription to treat active chronic urticaria (asthenia of qi and blood. At the same time, the compound Huangqishudiqufengtang and Desloratadine is superior in improving patients’ clinical signs,symptoms, the quality of life, controlling relapse Compared with useing Desloratadine,and no significant adverse reactions.
