Objective:The essay is to evaluate the clinical effect of Qixueheyin in treating active chronic urticaria, which belongs to asthenia of both qi and blood in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM), through observing clinical effects.Metheods:61cases were divided into two groups randomly.31cases in the treatment group, treated by Qixueheyin.30cases in the control group, treated with Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid and Yupingfeng granules.To observe the total effectiveness and relapse in two groups after treatment.Results:Clinical observation show that the total effective rate of treatment.Treatment group was90.3%,while that of control group was73.3%. There was significant difference between two groups (p<0.05) from the clinical signs and symptoms. To observe the healable patients for the three month.1month and2month treatment group and control group difference in relapsese rate was not significant (p>0.05),3on the treatment group and control group difference in relapsese rate was significant(p<0.05).There is significant difference shown between two groups in the rate of relapse.Atients with chronic urticaria serum IgE and eosinophil level was significantly higher than the normal before treatment, a period of treatment, the treatment group down significantly. The treatment group is better than that of control group, two groups have significant differences (p<0.05). Conclusion:Qixueheyin is valid prescription to treat chronic urticaria, can significantly improve the patient’s clinical signs and symptoms of patients.At the same time,Qixueheyin is superior in controlling relapse and no significant adverse reactions. Its efficacy was significantly better than the compound Qufeng Zhiyang oral liquid and Yupingfeng granules.
