Our government attempts to adjust the compensation into two ways:government financial support and services charge; however the detail rules are still not made. Accordingly, the reasonable and perfect compensation route can totally improve the health, stable development, and ease the burden on patients.In nowadays, the most advanced and reasonable payment is DRGS-PPS, depends on the experiences of the developed countries, DRGS makes a positive effect on the cost-cutting, resource-using, reasonable expense structure. In our country, payment after the services is mainly adopted in the public hospitals; furthermore, some hospitals have already attempted the new experiences on DRGS, in order to find out the better solutions.Under the view of the DRGS, my essay makes a comparison to the services payment, analyses the reason for the loss, studies the compensation route, and refers to the pilot on The Third Hospital Of Beijing, based on its data, groups the diseases, uses the decision tree methods, builds the modals, after these we calculate the standard expense rate, and analyze the over rate structure, The DRGS can control health costs, improve the quality of medical services, standardize the medical behavior, make a reasonable compensation for the hospital, but also solve the problems of "difficult" and "expensive" medical services efficiently.
