| In May 2015,the State Council issued the “Guiding Opinions on the Pilot Reform of Urban Public Hospitals”.The guiding opinions pointed out that the performance evaluation mechanism of public hospitals should be oriented towards public welfare,and the performance evaluation of medical personnel should be gradually strengthened.The medical staff’s medical ethics,patient satisfaction,medical service quality,medical technology,medical behavioral norms,and medical staff workload are critically assessed,and the final assessment results will be directly related to the salary level of medical staff.In the national policy,more and more attention is paid to the performance appraisal of public hospitals.As an important part of public hospitals,clinical departments should explore appropriate performance evaluation methods as soon as possible.In order to better meet the requirements of the new medical reform for clinical departments,and meet the requirements of the state for public hospitals,how to evaluate the performance of clinical departments more effectively,what kind of performance evaluation indicators can be selected to reflect the economic and social benefits of the department,so that the clinical The performance evaluation of departments can be a virtuous cycle and become an urgent problem to be solved.This paper introduces XY Hospital as a case study object,and explores the application of disease diagnosis group(DRGs)and key performance indicators(KPI)as clinical department performance evaluation indicators in public hospitals,and summarizes a set of more effective clinical clinics for public hospitals.Performance evaluation system.Through data analysis,this paper verifies the feasibility and advancement of using DRGs and KPIs as indicators for clinical department performance evaluation.In addition,the paper analyzed the problems and possible causes of clinical department performance evaluation in XY hospital through more than 180 questionnaires.Based on the above analysis results,this paper hopes to propose a more reasonable design plan to improve the performance evaluation of clinical departments in public hospitals in China,so as to provide reference and reference for the performance reform of other public hospitals in China. |
