Objective:As the main of drug distribution, pharmacy is an important part of the hospital. Its management quality directly affects drug safety, and it is vital importance to strengthen the management of pharmacy.Problems in the management of drug supply, storage, maintenance and distribution in different levels of hospital pharmacy will have different effect on drug use. With the deepening of the medical system reform, the lagging of hospital pharmacy management is becoming more and more obvious. This study investigated and analyzed the current situation of hospital pharmacy personnel and various drug management in the pharmacyby selecting hospitals of different levels in a city, and further providing scientific basis for strengthening the regular management of the pharmacy. Methods:In this study, the stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 43 hospitals, included 7 third-level grade-a,12 grade a,12 grade b and 12 grade I hospitalsin a city in 2018.Basic information of municipal hospital pharmacy staff(including age, gender, whether as a pharmaceutical professional and technical titles, level of education, whether to have special qualification certificate of licensed pharmacists),drug store management(narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs of category I and the second category of psychotropic drugs),various normal dosage formdosage form drug management(including western medicine injection, oral medicine, western medicine of TCM injections, oral medicine drugs outbound, maintained, classification, storage, storage)were investigated. The survey results were statistically analyzed using the chi-square test in SPSS18.0.Results:In this study,43 hospitals of different levels were surveyed, and more than 70% of the employees at all levels were over 31 years old,84.6% were over 31 years old in second-level and second-level hospitals. The proportion of women was 69.7%and was higher than that of men in second class hospitals. The proportion of pharmaceutical professionals in tertiary hospitals was the highest,95.8%,and that was less 70.5%in first-level hospitals. All levels of hospital technical title, the primary pharmacist title personnel occupies the highest proportion. The professional titles of primary pharmacists were 51.2%,47.2%,44.6% and 42.3% in level 3 grade a,level 2 grade a hospital, secondary hospital b,hospital level, respectively. Both Second class b hospitals and first class hospitals was without medicine and deputy director of above title personnel. The staff of the pharmacy in the level of education was the highest. The highest proportion of tertiary hospitals was undergraduate(63%),while other hospitals were mainly secondary schools. The number of patients with licensed pharmacists in hospitals at all levels is relatively small. The proportion of patients with licensed pharmacists in first-level hospitals is the highest, which is 35.9%,and that of third-level is the lowest, which is 26.1%.In the storage and management of special drugs, the "separate storage of each dosage form" of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of category I,"special personnel, special counter, special account and special book for drugs","24h alarm and monitor in the warehouse" project, the compliance rate ofthird-level grade-a hospital is the highest, and the compliance rate of grade a hospital is the lowest. In the second category of psychotropic drugs storage and management project, the compliance rate of grade a hospitals is the highest in the items of "drug storage label, separate placement, delivery" and "problem drug treatment",and first-level hospitals is the lowest. In the comparison of the compliance rate of all dosage form maintenance projects of general drugs, the conformity rate of grade iii-a hospitals atall the projects is the highest and grade a hospitals is lowest, except that "regular maintenance of drugs" is the highest conformity rate of grade a hospitals. The coincidence rate of hospitals at all levels was statistically significant(P<0.05)in "staff timely record the temperature and humidity in the pharmacy" and "the drug storage room has ventilation, constant temperature and humidity control measures",while the comparison of the compliance rate of hospitals at all levels was not statistically significantin other projects(P >0.05).In the comparison of the conformity rate of various dosage form drug classification storage items, the conformity rate of all the projects was the highest in tertiary a hospitals and grade a hospitals was the lowest. In the two items of "prescription and non-prescription drugs open and put" and "medicine is stored according to variety and use",the comparison of the compliance rate of hospitals at all levels has statistical significance(P<0.05),while the comparison of the compliance rate of hospitals at all levels of other projects has no statistical significance(P >0.05).In the comparison of conformity rates of various dosage form drug storage items and "drug placement up to standard" items, the compliance rate of first-grade hospitals is the highest, and second class b hospitals have the lowest compliance rate.In the project of "pharmacy has and identifies qualified area, pending area and unqualified area",the compliance rate of grade ii a hospital is the highest and the compliance rate of grade I hospital is the lowest. The conformity rate of other projects is the highest in grade iii-a hospitals and lowest in the first-grade hospitals. The drug placement reached the standard project, the project compliance rate of hospitals at all levels was not statistically significant(P >0.05),while that of other projects was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The following conclusions can be drawn through the investigation and analysis of the management status of pharmacy of different levels in a certain city:1.Most of the staff in the pharmacy of a hospital of different levels in a city are middle-aged women; The higher the hospital grade, the higher the proportion of medical professionals, staff technical titles and education degree.2.In the storage and management project of narcotic drugs and psychotropic drugs of category I,"separate storage of each dosage form","special personnel counter, special account book for drugs","24h alarm and 24 h monitor in the warehouse",the compliance rate of grade a hospital is the highest and the compliance rate of grade a hospital is the lowest; In the second category of psychotropic drugs storage and management project, the conformity rate of third-class a hospitals is the highest and the compliance rate of first-level hospitals is the lowest in the project of "drug storage identification, separate placement, delivery" and "treatment problem drugs".3.In the maintenance and storage management project of all dosage forms of ordinary drugs, the "regular maintenance examination of drugs" has the highest conformity rate in the second class a hospital;"The drug is placed in the designated area" is the highest conformity rate of the first-level hospital. All other projects are the highest conformity rate of the third-level a-level hospital and the lowest conformity rate of the first-level hospital.
