Objective:Abdominal distension is one of the symptoms of Anorectal Postoperative more often.The Western Medicine treat it with psychological on patients counseling mainly,and wait for its own recovery.Or the doctors give postural changes to the patients, press manipulation, and make anal exhaust or prokinetic agents and other methods.The effect is not very obvious.Method combined with oral Chinese medicine and external use of chinese Medicine in the prevention and treatment of complications, postoperative rehabilitation of patients have certain progress.This study carried out in strict accordance with the principles of randomized control, and get the comparison of Acupoint Moxibustion in box reduce intervention effect of abdominal distension in patients with postoperative anorectal Department, and discusses the use of traditional Chinese acupuncture point abdominal distension method box moxibustion in Treating Anorectal Postoperative effect.Methods:In this study, in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria test, the Sichuan Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for anorectal 2014 january to 2015 January in line with the inclusion criteria of 60 cases abdominal distension of patients would be taken as the object of study, and these 60 cases were randomly divided into control group, treatment group.Selection of postoperative abdominal distention related criteria, and the application of the SPSS 17.0 statistics software to analyze the results.Results:1、Comparison of the degree of abdominal distension 4 hours of general data and two groups of patients after operation,the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05).2、The two groups were first exhaust time between group comparisons, the control group and the treatment group comparison, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3、The treatment group after 4 hours,24 hours after symptom, sign scores compared with each other, with significant difference (P<0.05).4、In the treatment group before and after treatment, the clinical symptoms, physical signs score compared with each other, with significant difference (P<0.05).5、Clinical effects of two groups of patients compared to the control group, the treatment group, compared, with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).
