The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, triglyceride, and total cholesterol were significantly decreased in the control group and the experimental group (P< 0.05). The fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05), with statistical significance.3. The patients’ score of ICI-Q-SF in the control group and the experimental group was significantly lower than that before intervention, with statistical significance (P<0.05). And after 3 months of intervention, the score of ICI-Q-SF in the control group compared with the control group (P< 0.05), with statistical significance, that is, the degree of urinary incontinence in the experimental group compared with the control group.4. After 3 months of intervention, the patients’ score of I-QOL in the control group and the experimental group were significantly higher than before the intervention, the quality of life of urinary incontinence was significantly improved, P< 0.05, with statistical significance. The scores of I-QOL in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, P< 0.05, with statistical significance.5. After 3 months of intervention, the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine in the experimental group compared with the control group, the total effective rate was 62.5% in the control group,83.33% in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:1.
