Objective:1.To describe the PostoPerative Patients with cervical cancer effect a radical cure disease status of shame;2. To explore the correlation between patient’s stigma and quality of life(QOL).Methods:For the cross-sectional investigation and study, this study selected in a cancer hospital in shandong province cervical cancer effect a radical cure postoperative follow-up treatment of female patients as the research object. Social impact scale to evaluate the patient’s disease shame situation, with the quality of life questionnaire (QLQ-C30) to evaluate the QOL of patients. Using respondents to fill in the form of questionnaire to collect data, using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of data and scale of the reliability test.Results:1.The line against the disease in patients with cervical cancer radical shame of survey, the sum of the patients all dimensions is (57.85±17.18) Points.All dimensions of social exclusion score (18.73+4.56) points, are divided into (1.57± 0.80) points; Economic discrimination score (18.2±6.23) points, are divided into (2.60±0.89)points; Inner sense of shame for (7.83±2.43) points, are divided into (2.61±0.81)points; Social isolation is (13.09±3.96) points, divide (2.30± 0.79)points.2.According to survey results show that the QOL in patients with cervical cancer radical, the standardization in the field of scores, physical function (59.34±15.92) points, the role function (56.17±12.01) points, emotional function (46.81± 10.83),congnitivefunction (57.33±16.28) points, cognitive function and social function (0.83±17.72), the overall health status (76.83±20.28) points, fatigue (54.58 ±18.64)points, nausea and vomiting (32.83±9.92)points, pain (49.33±15.31)points, dyspnea (25.33±7.08)points, insomnia(24.33±6.92)points, hypoalimentation(52.83 ±17.29)points, constipation (34.67±10.71)points, diarrhea (36.67±11.07) points, economic difficulties (49.28±13.82)points. Function scale are divided into (54.09± 14.81) points, overall health is (76.83±20.28) points, symPtom scale are divided into (39.98±10.82)points.3.The disease stigma in patients with cervical cancer radical, according to the results of single factor analysis of the age, education level, marital status, occupation, place of residence, family per capita income, medical treatment charge of payment, postoperativedate and combined chronic diseases is different after the surgery, the patient’s disease stigma is different, the difference statistically significant (P< 0.05).4.The QOL in patients with cervical cancer radical, according to the results of single factor analysis of the age, education level, marital status, occupation, place of residence, family per capita income, medical treatment charge of payment, postoperative date and combined chronic diseases is different after the surgery, the patient’s QOL is different, the difference statistically significant (P< 0.05).5.Correlation analysis results show that the cervical cancer radical surgery in patients with disease stigma, the function of each dimension score and total score scale divide, negatively correlated with overall health (r=-0.517~-0.124, P<0.05), and divide symptom scale were positively correlated (r=r=0.284~0.461, P<0.05).6.The QOL in patients with cervical cancer radical of multivariate linear regression analysis results show that the education level, family per capita income and the patient’s QOL were positively correlated (r=4.913~7.372, P<0.05), disease stigmaand negatively correlated with the QOL(r=-0.928, P<0.05); The age, disease stigma was positively correlated with the severity of the symptoms (r=3.912~7.045, P< 0.05).Conclusion:1.Cervical cancer radical surgery is common disease in patients with stigma, and internalized shame plays an important part in the stigma of patients.2.Cervical cancer radical surgery is common lower QOL.3.Patients with cervical cancer radical surgery of the lower the age, education level, family average per capita monthly income is lower, the more serious the disease severity, the higher the disease stigma; married, office worker or cadre, who live in cities, medical payment for health care, unincorporated patients with chronic disease, disease of stigmais lower.4.Patients with cervical cancer radical surgery of the lower the age, education level, marital status, the worse, a lower occupational status, family per capita income is lower, the more serious the disease, the lower the QOL; And live in the city, medical payment for health care, unincorporated patients with chronic diseases, higher QOL.5.Stigma was negatively correlated with QOL in patients with cervical cancer radical surgery,those with a lower stigma had better QOL.
