Research On Status Of Medical Quality Of A Hospital Management

Through a certain form of quality evaluation, the hospital to complete the medical quality indicators feel a certain pressure and meet, so as to stimulate the enthusiasm and creativity of medical personnel, improve the quality of medical services to meet the needs of patients.Materials and methods According to the characteristics of the hospital, the hospital statistics report in the 2009-2013 hospital, the representative of good, strong sensitivity of indicators, descriptive statistical analysis.Results The hospital outpatient visits 5 years increased by 34.01%, emergency visits increased by 81.74%, the number of patients discharged from hospital increased by 59.12%, and the number of cases increased by 64.53%,the actual open beds increased by 83.53%, the bed utilization rate decreased by 15.47%, the average hospitalization days was 8.64%, average hospital discharge declined 8.51%,the cure rate was 9.63%, improve the rate of 10.66%, the rate of hospitalization in critically ill patients increased by 10.84%, admission and discharge diagnosis rate decreased by 1.42%, before and after the operation, the diagnostic accuracy was 2.11%, and the rate of admission was decreased by three in 1.34% days.Conclusion Hospital work intensity increased significantly, the work efficiency is improved, the quality of the treatment is not obvious, the quality of diagnosis has declined. Reminds the hospital management in the process of hospital performance increase, the emphasis on strengthening the quality management of medical quality.
