Study On The Evaluation Index System Of Medical Quality Of The Chief Physician Group

ObjectiveAs a new medical management mode,the attending physician group has been gradually popularized.With the intensified competition in the medical market and people’s growing concerns about medical quality and medical safety,medical quality management has become an important aspect of hospital management and an important embodiment of the hospital’s core competitiveness.At the same time,with the popularization of fine management concepts,the research on the medical quality of the chief physician group has gradually become a research hot spot.This study is based on the study of domestic and international studies to build a medical quality evaluation index system for the chief physician group,and to evaluate the medical quality of the chief physician group by constructing a medical quality evaluation index system for the chief physician group.This study will provide the basis for the evaluation of the quality of medical care for the prescribing physician group.MethodsThis research mainly adopts research methods such as literature research method,expert consultation method,and analytic hierarchy process.Firstly,using the literature research method,we extensively reviewed and analyzed the domestic and foreign literature related to this study,understood the construction principles,assessment dimensions,research status,etc.of the medical quality evaluation index system,and drew on the three levels of medical quality theory,from the basic quality and links.The three evaluation dimensions of quality and terminal quality preliminarily drawn up the medical quality evaluation index system of the attending physician group.Then,using the expert consultation method,hospital management experts and clinical medical experts were selected as interviewees.They were asked to evaluate the rationality and operability of the dimensions and specific indicators of the index system of this study,and at the same time,the positive factors and the authoritative factors of the consulting experts coordination coefficient for statistical analysis;Finally,using AHP to establish a hierarchical structure,build a matrix,and pass the consistency test(CR value is less than 0.1)to determine the weight of the primary,secondary,and tertiary indicators.ResultsBased on the three-level medical quality evaluation theory,the medical quality evaluation index system was constructed from the three dimensions of basic quality,structural quality,and final quality;after three rounds of expert consultation,the positive coefficient of three rounds of expert consultation experts was 100%,and the authority coefficient of experts was Above 0.9,the coordination coefficient of expert consultation is between 0.4 and 0.5.The expert opinion is relatively consistent.The credibility of the expert consultation result is high.Finally,the medical quality evaluation index system for the chief physician group is established.The evaluation index system consists of three Level indicators,9 secondary indicators,25 three-level indicators constitute the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator and consistency testing,CR values are less than 0.1.ConclusionIn the first-level index,the final weight of the first-level index accounted for 0.5278,which indicates that the final quality is the fundamental and most important content of the medical quality evaluation of the attending physician group;Followed by the quality of the link,the weight of the link was 0.3325,reflecting the key links in the quality of the medical quality of the attending physician group;The lowest weight of the basic quality is only 0.1397.This is because the basic quality evaluation contents of medical equipment and equipment are basically arranged in units but not in the attending physician group.The setting of this research index system is helpful to the fine management of medical quality in hospitals,and has implications for the evaluation of the medical quality of the chief physician group,and provides a basis for the evaluation of the chief physician group.
