With the advancement of society and the deepening of medical reform,patients have higher and higher requirements for the quality of medical services.However,in reality,there are many shortcomings in the quality of medical services that need to be solved.The discord between the two has led to increasingly fierce disputes between doctors and patients.Therefore seeking medical service quality evaluation system of science,gap analysis,problem solving becomes to improve doctor-patient relationship,to ensure that public hospital sustainable development key.Through literature research,this paper defines the quality of medical care,and concludes the quality of the medical service;Through the brainstorming method,analyzes the factors affecting the quality of huludao city third people's hospital medical service,combined with the SERVQUAL scale content of PZB,design index of 6 class,17 secondary indexes,42 tertiary index of medical service quality evaluation.After that,the residents of the hospital were given field interviews and questionnaires,and the results were analyzed with SPSS 19.0.Though the result analysis of the questionnaires,it is known that the medical service quality of Huludao city the third people's hospital has different problems in various indicators.Mainly reflected in the dinning hall meal price,take in the process of the medical expense,the rationality of the hospital fees prices and canteen meal delicious,under the condition of existing medical technology provides diagnostic results of the lowest satisfaction score.But the rational layout,medical personnel and hospital uniforms,serious working attitude,courteous service and can meet the need to score the highest in aspects of medical equipment,to show that the hospital equipment,environment,convenient,professional and technical,service attitude and knowledge to inform patients were compared with satisfaction;In terms of diagnosis and treatment quality,service efficiency,doctor-patient communication,patient education,rights and privacy protection,etc.;The patient's medical treatment,the cost of dining is insufficient.In view of that result of research,a standardized diagnosis and treatment was put forward,so as to reasonably reduce the patient's payment cost and improve the diagnosis level so as to ensure the patient's consultation quality;Strengthen communication between doctors and patients and provide diversified services for patients;Strengthen hospital management,and improve the patient's satisfaction.
