"Liver Lung Lifting" Treating Subacute Cough Of Clinical Research

Objective Using the method of "liver lung lifting" treating subacute cough and observe its effect on the treatment of patients with subacute cough, evaluate the effectiveness of this method in the treatment of subacute cough and security, as the "lung lift liver" method in the treatment of subacute cough in clinical application to provide effective and reliable evidence.Methods Collect the second hospital affiliated to Zhejiang Chinese medicine university of TCM pavilion and respiratory in January 2014 to January 2015 in subacute cough disease diagnosis standard of 60 patients with clinic, randomly divided into two groups, the number of cases in each group 30 cases. Experimental group "liver lung lifting method is used to traditional Chinese medicine treatment, the formal treatment of 7 days; Control group treated by routine western medicine, regular treatment 7 days; Then compared two groups of curative effect, clinical symptoms of quantitative integral and security.Results 1.Clinical efficacy:treatment group total effective rate was 86.7% after treatment, the control group after treatment the total effective rate was 76.7%, comparing the two groups have statistical significance (P<0.05).2.Quantitative integral symptoms:the treatment group after treatment the symptoms of cough, sputum quantitative score compared with the control group after treatment, with statistical significance (P<0.05), while pharyngeal itching, bosom condition, excitant aggravate symptoms of quantitative score compared with the control group after treatment with no statistical significance (P>0.05), shows that the treatment group to improve the symptoms of cough, sputum, is better than that in control group, especially in the aspect of cough.3.Security:the treatment group after treatment in patients with blood, urine and dung routine, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram (ecg) were no obvious changes, all cases no adverse reactions occurred in the process of treatment.Conclusion "Liver lung lifting" the clinical curative effect of treating subacute cough, coughing in improving clinical symptoms significantly superior to pure use western medicine treatment of the control group. No obvious adverse reaction, for the clinical treatment of subacute cough provides a new thought and method.
