Objective:Collected the clinical data of hemorrhagic stroke patients, including patients’ age, sex, occupation, height, weight, blood pressure, medical history, the risk factors(smoking, drinking history, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes), clinical manifestation, auxiliary examination results(blood routine, blood glucose, blood lipid, etc), and prognosis. Analyzed the epidemiological characteristics of hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy patients, discussed the distribution of hemorrhagic stroke, analyzed the influence of different risk factors for hemorrhagic cerebral apoplexy, in order to put forward strategies and measures for the prevention and control of hemorrhagic stroke, to reduce mortality and morbidity, to provide certain basis for the prevention and treatment of cerebral apoplexy.Methodology:In accordance with the unified inclusion and exclusion criteria, selected 395 cases of hemorrhagic stroke patients treated in neurosurgery of center hospital affiliated to Shenyang medical school from June 2014 to May 2015, all patients was diagnosed by CT, 270 cases were male, the female were 125, the patients’ age was 29 to 93 years old, average was 64.02±0.67 years old. Used a list of the cases information collection extracted the patients information from the management system of hospital, mainly including patients’ gender, age, job, hospitalization time, discharge time and hospitalization expenses, record patients’ living habits such as smoking and drinking, patients’ medical history including hypertension, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and record height, weight, blood pressure, bleeding site, fasting glucose, total cholesterol, triglyceride, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol. Input data by Epi Data 3.1 and statistical analysis by SPSS21.0. Described as mean ± standard deviation or constituent ratios, comparison between groups by t test and chi-square test, the influence factors of discharge time analysis using Logistics regression.Results:1. The youngest patient is 29 years old, and the oldest was 93. The patients was concentrated in older than 70 years. The percent of male was 68.4%, and female was 31.6%, the male was more than female, ratio was 2.16:1. 2. Most patients with cerebral hemorrhage were onset in winter, autumn and summer was second, spring was least. 3. Overweight patients accounted for 27.3%, smoking accounted for 39.49%, alcohol accounted for 34.43% of the patients. 4. Patients with a history of hypertension accounted for 59.2% of the total, 8.6% patients with a history of diabetes, cardiovascular disease accounted for 7.8%. Hypertension patients account for 89.62% of the patients with cerebral hemorrhage; Fasting blood glucose in patients with abnormal(72.4%). 5. For most patients with cerebral lobe hemorrhage(27.1%), thalamus hemorrhage and ventricular hemorrhage take second place(21.5%,22.99%)。6. 395 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, after admission, the death of patients were 87 cases, accounting for 22.03%. Career is one of the factors that affect patient prognosis(death), workers OR(95% CI) was 0.426(0.223 0.812),the death risk of patients with family history was 2.972(1.189-7.428)times more than no family history. Hyperglycemia increased hemorrhagic cerebral risk to death, impaired fasting glucose, fasting blood-glucose≥7.0mmol/l OR(95% CI) was 3.044(1.079-8.589)å'Œ 8.979(3.672-21.957).Conclusion:The cerebral hemorrhage patients were concentrated in older than 70 years. The male patients were more than female. The onset of cerebral hemorrhage was in winter. Cerebral lobe hemorrhage patients were most, the following was thalamus hemorrhage, ventricular hemorrhage. The history of Hypertension and Hypertension are important risk factors for cerebral hemorrhage.
