ObjectivesBy collecting a series of case information of in 2015, analyzed the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients, and discussed the influence of different risk factors for ischemic cerebral apoplexy patients, in order to put forward a targeted prevention measures and treatment, to reduce morbidity and recurrence rate, to offer a new thought and method for prevention of stroke.MethodsAccording to the standard of inclusion and exclusion, selected 1114 case of ischemic stroke patients treated in the Department of Neurology of the Third Affiliated Hospital affiliated to Qiqihar Medical College through 2015, all patients were diagnosed by CT. Collected the clinical date through self-designed case information acquisition table, including age, sex, height, weight, smoking and drinking habits, past medical history and related auxiliary examination. Input data by Epi Data3.1 and statistical analysis by SPSS21.0. Described as frequency and constituent ratio, comparison between groups by chi-square test, the influence factors of discharge time analysis using Logistics regression.Results(1) The youngest patient was 33 years, and the oldest was 100 years. The patients was concentrated in older than 60 years. The percent of men was 60.3% and female cases was accounted for 39.7%, the male was more than female and ratio was 1.5:1. Most patients were used medical insurance.(2) Smoking patients was accounted for 49.9%, drinking patients accounted for 10.1%, the male was more than female and ratio was 3:1.(3) Most patients were onset in spring, winter and summer was second, autumn was least.(4)For patients with single-site ischemia(28.7%), multi-site ischemia accounted for 71.3%.(5) The women with history of atrial fibrillation and the history of artery stenosis was more than men, and older with a history of atrial fibrillation was obviously higher than the younger patients. Hypertension patients accounted for 80%. Patients with abnormal blood glucose accounted for 57.8%. Cholesterol, triglycerides, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and low density lipoprotein abnormalities accounted for 33.0%, 35.4%, 22.7% and 33.0% respectively. Overweight and obese patients accounted for 29.8%, and male was obviously higher than female. Patients with abnormal Fibrinogen accounted for 26.8% in total, the male was lower than female, and the older was obviously higher than the younger patients. The male with abnormal platelet patients(6.0%) was lower than female. The abnormal CO2 CP, creatinine, urea nitrogen and light suppression C were 11.4%, 33.6%, 8.3% and 11.4% respectively. Patients with abnormal homocysteine were accounted for 47.3%, and male was obviously higher than female.(6) 1114 patients with ischemic stroke, the unhealed patients accounted for 39.7%.Season was one of the factors that affected the patients' outcome(not cured). Summer and winner OR(95% CI) were 1.599(1.145~2.234)and 1.462(1.054~2.027) respectively. The systolic blood pressure?160mm Hg OR(95% CI) was 1.715(1.162~2.530).ConclusionThe patients were concentrated in older than 60 years. The male patients were more than female. The onset of ischemic stroke was in spring. Multi-site ischemia patients were most. Season and high blood pressure were important risk factors for ischemic stroke.
