Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of adult onset Still’s disease (AOSD), analysis and summary treatment experienceMethod Retrospective analysis and follow-up 73 cases of adult onset Still’s disease patients. Cases were collected from November 2006 to January 2014 in the first affiliated hospital of Chongqing medical university.Result Incidence of 73 patients with fever, rash, joint pain are 100%, 89% and 100% respectively,45 lymph node enlargement,25 cases of splenomegaly, leukocytosis in 62 cases, elevated ferritin in 70 cases. Three of all the 73 patients were using non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. The rest 70 patients were using glucocorticoid. Among the glucocorticoid group 18 patients applied combination of disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs.4 patients lost to follow-up,15 cases of recurrence, the remaining 54 cases did not recur.Conclusion Adult onset Still’s disease (AOSD) is a chronic self-limited disease, fever, rash and joint pain as the main performance. Serologic examination showed increased leucocyte and serum ferritin, and the ferritin elevation was specificity to the diagnosis. After diagnosis can be use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and glucocorticoids, if symptoms without remission anti-rheumatism medicine can also be used.
