Objective: Professor Zhang Liting engaged in the rheumatism research for many years, creating a unique therapy in the treatment of onset Still’s disease, and had her own academic insightful ideas. The study probes into the pathogenesis, mechanism and therapy of Adult onset Still’s disease of Prof. Zhang Liting. Methods: Reorganize formerly clinical observation material and collect literature. Conclusion: Professor Zhang thinks that Toxic heat dampness is the important pathogenesis of onset Still’s disease. In the treatment of onset Still’s disease, Professor Zhang create the treatment of “putting lines”on meridian segment and think that Detoxification meridians and reduce pain should through to the end. It has got satisfactory effect in clinic treatment.
