Objectives:Through the Changchun city level 3 first-class hospital operation room nurses`s Well-being and Job Satisfaction status survey,to assess their subjective Well-being and Job Satisfaction level.The investigation of Changchun city level 3 first-class hospital operating room nurses the subjective Well-being of the status quo, to analyze the influence of different demographic variables on the Subject Well-being of nurses in operation room,the influence of Job Satisfaction on the Subject Well-being of nurses in operation room and the size of their correlation.To stabilize the operating room nursing team, to reduce the operating room nurses’ departure, alleviate the operating room nurse manpower shortage, for managers to improve the level of nurses subjective well-being provide a reference basis for the intervention measures. Methods:The study during July to October, 2015, with the method of sampling, through the way of questionnaire survey, understand the present situation of the operating room nurses’ subjective Well-being and Job Satisfaction. Using the general information questionnaire and Well-being questionnaire and Job Satisfaction questionnaire. This study in Changchun city level 3 first-class hospital operating room nurses as the research object, a random sample questionnaire survey was conducted among 230 nurses. Use SPSS17.0 statistical software for processing. Results:Operating room nurses subjective well-being scores(73.23±7.68),the dimension scores from low to high in turn : Emotional and behavioral control(6.71±1.65)、Life satisfaction and interest(6.89±1.54)、Health worried(12.85±2.70)、Energy(14.68±3.13)、Loose piece and tension(14.85±2.76)、Melancholy,cheerful mood(17.26±3.26)。Different age, marital status, employment nature, education, monthly income, job title, years of working of operating room nurses subjective well-being score difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Different gender, position of the operating room nurses subjective well-being and its various factors on the difference of no statistical significance(P > 0.05).Operating room nurses job satisfaction scores(3.04±0.32),the dimension scores from low to high in turn : Wages and welfare(2.48±0.90)、Work itself(2.59±0.60)、Work load(2.78±0.66)、Work recognized(2.80±0.49) 、 Family/work balance(2.94±0.76) 、 Personal growth and development(3.38±0.63) 、 Management( 3.39±0.73)、Relationship with colleagues(3.50±0.40).The operation room nurses general subjective Well-being and overall Job Satisfaction were positively correlated(r=0.34,P < 0.01),Among them, Life satisfaction and interest and Work itself,Family/wok balance,was significantly related(P<0.05).Health worried and Work load, Family/work balance,was significantly related(P<0.01).Energy and Job Satisfaction variables(In addition to Work load,Relationship with colleagues),was significantly related(P<0.01).Melancholy,cheerful mood and Job Satisfaction variables(In addition to Relationship with colleagues, Family/work balance),Emotional and behavioral control and Work load, Personal growth and development,was significantly related(P < 0.01). Loose piece and tension and Work load,Relationship with colleagues, Wages and welfare,Family/work balance,was significantly related(P<0.01).4.Through to the operating room nurses subjective well-being factors affecting multiple stepwise regression analysis, it is concluded that the main influence factors are Employment nature(Beta = 2.139),Job title(Beta = 3.517), Education(Beta = 3.799), Monthly income(Beta = 1.876), Wages and welfare(Beta = 0.706), Personal growth and development of the six factors(Beta = 0.796). Conclusions:Operation room nurses general subjective Well-being scores and norm of female existence difference, and scored higher than the norm, Melancholy, cheerful mood,the highest scores, but there are still 36.6% of nurses subjective Well-being is low.Different age, marital status, employment nature, education, monthly income, job title, years of working, position, operation room nurses general subjective Well-being differences.The aged 41 to 50 nurses subjective Well-being is highest; Married > unmarried; Have establishment> no;Master>Bachelor>secondary>college;Monthly income of 4501-6000 subjective Well-being is highest,<3500 scored lowest;Work duration>15 years subjective Well-being is highest;The head>nurse.Tips to improve nurses subjective Well-being should be considered their personal problems and raise the income.213 nurses`s general subjective Well-being and overall Job Satisfaction were positively correlated, the Job Satisfaction`s each dimension and general subjective Well-being are significant related.Employment nature,job title,education,monthly income,wages and welfare,personal growth and development,better predict the general subjective Well-being.
