Objective: Information and the intrinsic link between research CHD5 and Ki67 expression levels in gastric cancer tissues and the corresponding two factors with clinical pathological features between and to clarify the mechanism of action of human gastric carcinogenesis process, in the hope high-risk population screening the genetic and molecular levels, early diagnosis of gastric cancer and gene targeted therapy and prognosis provide more reliable detection of biological indicators, another way to treat cancer.Methods: Selected by the People’s Liberation Army 202 Hospital diagnosed with stomach cancer surgery patients pathological parallel wax block, and confirmed by a senior pathologist again, by using immunohistochemistry SP method was used to detect gastric cancer tissue specimens CHD5 and ki67 both associated with cancer the expression of the gene, while application software SPSS17.0 with the help of traditional statistical calculations to analyze the relationship between these two factors with corresponding clinical pathological features among the last to explore CHD5 ki67 and whether there is a correlation of clinical significance.Results:(1) The positive rate of coloration and its corresponding protein in gastric cancerous tissue surrounding normal tissues CHD5 gene was 35.00%(21/60) and 71.67%(43/60) respectively, and clearly see that the higher rate of positive expression in adjacent normal tissue. The results obtained after the analysis process, the depth of invasion CHD5 expression of cancer tissue, degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and tumor lesion TNM stage(all P <0.05); and the patient’s tumor size range and distant metastasis(P> 0.05).(2) In gastric cancer tissues and their corresponding normal tissues surrounding ki67 protein coloration positive expression rates were 66.67%(40/60) and 33.33%(20/60), after analyzing the results obtained, tumor-related genes in cancer tissues expression of ki67 mostly positive. Statistical data show that after the row, depth of invasion and ki67 cancer tissue, degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis and tumor lesion TNM stage(P <0.05); and the patient’s tumor size range and distant metastasis irrelevant(P> 0.05).(3) According to the results in cancer tissues inference, CHD5 and ki67 negative correlation between the two factors.Conclusion:(1) In gastric tissue samples used in the experiments in, CHD5 expressing deletion or decreased to varying degrees, and the color results with depth of invasion, histological grade, lymph node metastasis, and whether the patient was negatively correlated with TNM stage. These results prompted, CHD5 a gastric inhibitory factor.(2) ki67 expression in normal tissues is not obvious, and showed higher expression in gastric cancer specimens; Ki67 expression is high and the depth of invasion, histological grade, lymph node metastasis, and whether there was a positive correlation TNM staging. In the evaluation process of gastric malignancy, and even evaluate patient survival indicators.(3) CHD5 and ki67 Expression of a negative correlation, suggesting that the two may have mutual restraint, mutual antagonism.
