Objective:Through the analysis of high risk HPV infection colposcopy image, HPV load, cervical biopsy pathology. Discussion of the high-risk HPV infection age distribution characteristics, cytological and pathological results, the guidance of the cervical high risk HPV infection early screening and treatment, in order to reduce cervical lesions and cervical cancer. Methods:Collection of Jilin University First Hospital in January 2014 to October 2015 outpatient service of Department of gynaecology cervical high-risk HPV infection in 968 cases, with a review of analytical methods of 968 patients with cervical high-risk HPV positive, using x2 test, Spearman rank correlation test of statistical methods. Results:1、All patients were 18 years old and 76 years old. The average age was 39.28±11.06 years. To 10 years of age for an age group of the overall data of the group, including 2 cases of <20 years old, 231 patients aged 20 to 29, 271 patients aged 30 to 39, 282 patients aged 40 to 49, 133 patients aged 50 to 59, 44 patients aged 60 to 69, 5 cases of >70 years old.2、968 cases of cervical high risk HPV infection, all patients were performed with a vaginal examination, white epithelium, point blood vessels, mosaic, abnormal blood vessels, such as changes in lard are HPV positive patients with the performance of the vaginal. There are 480 cases of "white epithelium" under the microscope, Under the microscope, there were 116 cases of "white epithelium and point- like vessels", "white epithelial and embedded " has 1 case, " white epithelium, punctation, mosaic " has 130 cases, under the microscope showed the abnormal vascular has 7 cases, " change the lard like " has 16 cases, the microscope showed no abnormalities has 218 cases.3、968 cases of cervical high risk HPV infection, The pathological diagnosis of inflammatory 493 cases(51%), cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) 225 cases(23%), 38 cases of CIN II(4%), 151 cases of CIN III(16%), invasive cervical cancer in 52 cases(5%), carcinoma in situ in 9 cases(1%).4、968 cases of cervical high risk HPV infection, cervical liquid based cytology in 649 cases, which results showed no abnormalities have 347 cases, 53.47% of the proportion of the total accounted for, the atypical squamous cells(ASC) has 142 cases, accounted for the proportion of the total 21.88%(no clear diagnosis of atypical squamous cells of ASCUS 117 cases, cannot be ruled out high grade squamous intraepithelial lesions of atypical squamous cell ASC-H 25 cases). Low grade squamous intraepithelial lesions in 64 cases, accounting for 9.86% of the proportion of the total, 93 cases of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions, accounting for 14.33% of the proportion of the total, 2 cases of squamous cell carcinoma(SCC), accounting for 0.31% of the proportion of the total, 1 case of atypical glandular cells(AGC), representing 0.15% of the proportion of the total.5、There were 414 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) in 968 patients with cervical high risk HPV infection. Among them, 225 cases were CINI, 38 cases were CIN II, 151 cases were CIN III. A total of 414 patients with CIN were examined by TCT in 277 patients. Among the patients diagnosed as CINI, there were no abnormal TCT results in 69 cases, ASCUS 39 cases, ASC-H 4 cases, LSIL 26 cases, HSIL 7 cases. Among the patients diagnosed as CINII. There were no abnormal in 13 cases, ASCUS 7 cases, ASC-H 1 cases, LSIL 4 cases, HSIL 5 cases. Among the patients diagnosed as CINIII. There were no abnormal in 14 cases, ASCUS 17 cases, ASC-H 12 cases, LSIL 3 cases, HSIL 56 cases.6、Among 968 patients with HPV infection, the minimum viral load of HPV was 1.1(RLU/CO), the maximum was 5036.6(RLU/CO), the average viral load was 436.60(RLU/CO), and the standard deviation was 738.64. The cervical biopsy diagnosis of 414 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and the HPV load maximum 4578.3(RLU/CO), minimum 1.2(RLU/CO), median 209.1. The average viral load for 593.72 RLU/CO, standard difference 831.11. 277 cases of TCT results, normal cytology in 99 cases, the HPV load maximum 3707.2(RLU/CO), minimum 1.2(RLU/CO), median 104.6. 178 cases of abnormal cytology and HPV load maximum 4578.30(RLU/CO), minimum 2.9(RLU/CO), the median 297.05.Conclusion:1, Cervical high risk HPV infection with 20-50 years old is the high incidence of infection, the age of women should be routinely carried out cervical high-risk HPV and TCT examination2. The degree of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is closely related to TCT outcome in patients with high-risk cervical HPV infection.3. There was no correlation between the amount of viral load and the severity of cervical lesions in patients with high risk HPV infection, and the TCT results were closely related to the magnitude of HPV load.
