Clinical Observation Of Yangci At Baihui Point Combined Rehabilitation Training On The Patients Of Post Stroke Fatigue

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of YangCi at Baihui point combined rehabilitation training on the patients of post stroke fatigueMethods:According to the diagnostic standard,60 Post-stroke fatigue patients are randomly divided into two groups, which includes the treatment group 30 cases and the control group 30 cases. The prevent one uses treatment of YangCi at Baihui point combined rehabilitation training on the patients of post stroke fatigue, the later uses only rehabilitation training. Applying the Fatigue Severity Scale, Stroke Specific Quality of Life Scale, Visual Analogue Scale. Clinical comparatively observing the improvement of their score between the treatment group and the control group.Results:1. The treatment group can decrease Post Stroke Fatigue patients with the FSS score and it is superior to that of the control group (P<0.05).2. The treatment group can increase Post Stroke Fatigue patients with the SS-QOL score and it is superior to that of the control group (P<0.05).3. The treatment group can decrease Post Stroke Fatigue patients with the VAS score and it superiors to that of the control group (i><0.05).Conclusions:1. For the treatment group, it is effective to YangCi at Baihui point combined rehabilitation training on the patients of post stroke fatigue; it can improve patients’FSS, SS-QOL, and VAS2. YangCi at Baihui point can improve the level of patients’fatigue.
