| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of liver channel acupoints and Jiaji points in the treatment of intercostal Neuralgia in patients with herpes Zoster,so as to provide relevant statistical evidence and more convenient and effective method for the treatment of Postherpetic Neuralgia.Methods:Using random number table,60 patients with intercostal Neuralgia after herpes zoster were divided into treatment group and routine acupuncture group(control group),30 cases in each group.In the treatment group,the original acupoints,Mu Acupoints,Xi acupoints and Jiaji acupoints were needled.In the control group,the conventional acupoints were used according to the teaching materials.The treatment period of Treatment Group and Control Group was 4 weeks.In this study,the visual analogue scale,Vas and the standard of diagnosis and treatment of TCM diseases were used as the observation indexes.After the whole course of treatment,the treatment group and the control group were scored,and according to the statistical method to analyze the scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after the treatment,through the statistical confirmation of the two different methods for the treatment of intercostal Neuralgia after herpes zoster.Results:1.After the end of the whole course of treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were compared within the group.After the corresponding statistical method(t-test)processing,the results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(p < 0.01),the results showed that the treatment methods used in the treatment group and the Control Group had significant effects on relieving pain in PHN patients,and the Vas scale scores of the two groups were compared,the results showed that there was significant difference between the two groups(p < 0.05),which showed that the curative effect of the Treatment Group was more significant than that of the control group.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the results obtained by the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.The results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%,the results showed that: p < 0.05,there was a statistical significance,indicating that the treatment group and the control group were significantly different.Conclusion:1.The acupuncture treatment of liver channel acupoints combined with Jiaji acupoints can effectively improve the pain symptoms of patients with intercostal Neuralgia after Herpes Zoster,and the curative effect is better than conventional acupuncture treatment.2.The treatment of intercostal Neuralgia after herpes zoster with liver channel acupoints and Jiaji acupoints is effective and worthy of clinical promotion. |
