Objectives:Through the current systematic and review process on all the literature review and publication.from treatmeat using Wendan decoctions so that Wendan decoctions can be used in clinical work precisely.Methods:The methods in this research involves the process of collecting both primariry and secondary data/informations from literature review relating to Wendan decoctions and the current practioners’experience in their treatment of palpitation using Wendan decoctions.Through the diagnosis of patients having palpitation-. symptomatic reaches to the various medication combination formulae and compile and conduct a statatiscally analysis so as to facilitate the development of a comprehensive framework of clinical guide-lines for the treatment of palpitation using Wendan decoctions.Results:Based on the detailed analysis in their research, the following deductions can be made for the treatment of palpitation using Wendan decoctions.l.Age and gender factor:females of the same age and people between 50-59 are most likely to have palpitation problem.2.Primary symptoms:palpitation,insomia,poor appetite, chest distress,dizziness,fretful,bitter taste in the mouth, tiredness, short-ness of breath,nausea,feeling of fullness, thirsty,sweating, yellowish urine,loose stool.3.Red tounge,greasy yellow tounge coating,wiry and rapid pulse or smooth and rapid pulse.4.Treatment focus of medication generally base on cold,warm and moderate.5.Basic considerations in Wendan decoctions medications are tonic and sedative drug.In the analytical process of this research,it can be seen that when using Wendan decoctions formula to treat phlegm type palpitation,most of the time,the formula uses the combination of Wendan decoctions together with a few primary medication to achieve the greatest curing effect.6.Medication formulation basically on liver,spleen,stomach meridian.Conclusions:1.The use of Wendan decoctions for the treatment of palpitation can significantly improve the state and conditions of patients.2.Age and gender factor:females of the same age and people between 50-59 are most likely to have palpitation problem.3.Primary symptoms:palpitation,insomia,poor appetite,chest distress,dizziness,fretful,,bitter taste in the mouth.Secodary symp-toms:tiredness,shortness of breath,nausea,feeling of fullness, thirsty, sweating.4.Red tounge,greasy yellow tounge coating,wiry and rapid pulse or smooth and rapid pulse.5.Basic considerations in Wendan decoctions medications are tonic, sedative drug.
