Efficacy Of Acupuncture And Chinese Herbs Blood Stasis Type Of Uterine Fibroids

Objective:This research uses acupuncture and Chinese herbs blood stasis type of uterine fibroids, to select the lower abdomen acupuncture points (Guan Yuan, the uterine cavity (double), in a very, Sanyinjiao, Tianshu, etc.) based, with oral medicine Xianglingwan pill, observe the clinical efficacy of this therapy in patients with blood stasis type of uterine fibroids, through the patient’s clinical symptoms and observed changes in the size of the fibroid volume to determine the clinical efficacy of this therapy, and efficacy evaluation of this method, based on the clinical therapy is widely used to provide a theoretical basis.Methods:The subject inclusion criteria were collected consistent with the diagnosis of uterine fibroids 96 patients,96 patients were randomly divided into three groups, namely acupuncture and medicine group, Chinese medicine, acupuncture. Acupuncture group received acupuncture combined oral medicine Xianglingwan Pill, oral Xianglingwan Medicines Pill, acupuncture group received acupuncture therapy. Three groups of patients before and after treatment was observed Syndrome improvement, change ultrasonography leiomyoma size, all the research data were statistically analyzed using SPSS21.0.Results:1.Symptom score comparison:After three groups of patients, compared with TCM syndrome score before treatment decreased, P<0.001, the difference was statistically significant,and after treatment with acupuncture and medicine group were pure Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group, P<0.05, showed that acupuncture and medicine group were better than medicine group and the acupuncture group in improving clinical symptoms of uterine fibroids;2. Fibroid volume comparison:three groups of patients after treatment, fibroid volume were reduced compared with before treatment, P<0.001, the difference was statistically significant, and after treatment with acupuncture and medicine group were pure Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group, P<0.05, showed that the drug reduced tumor effect of acupuncture group were better than medicine group and the acupuncture group;3. Comparison of TCM syndromes:After treatment, there is always a group of acupuncture and medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture efficiency of 83.3%, respectively,64.5% and 60.0%, needle drug group compared with simple medicine group and the acupuncture group, respectively, P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant, indicating that the efficacy of acupuncture and medicine group in improving clinical symptoms of uterine fibroids were better than medicine group and the acupuncture group;4. Fibroids comparison:After treatment, there is always a group of acupuncture and medicine, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture efficiency respectively 76.7%,48.4% and 46.7%, respectively compared with acupuncture and medicine group medicine alone group and the acupuncture group,P<0.05,the difference was statistically signific-ant,indicating that acupuncture and medicine group to shrink fibroid volume terms were better than the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine group and the acupuncture group.Conclusion:This study showed that acupuncture combined with oral medicine Xianglingwan Pill blood stasis type of uterine fibroids treatment efficacy, improved climate and shrink fibroid volume in TCM is superior to pure traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture, in addition, the traditional therapies can preserve the reproductive function of women of childbearing age, effective and safe, no side effects, worthy of clinical application.
