The Research Of Clinical Effect Of CangShaBaiJie Decoction In Treating Phlegm And Blood Stasis Mutual Junction Of Uterine Fibroids

ObjectiveBy random sampling and contrast analysis,to evaluate the Cangshabaijie Decoction on treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of Uterine fibroids by random sampling and contrast analysis. To further clarify its mechanism and provide the theory basis for treatment of phlegm and blood stasis type of uterine fibroids.MethodIn clinical study,47Patients with phlegm and blood stasis type of uterine fibroids were selected from January2013and January2014. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group were given Cangshabaijie Decoction (rhizoma atractylodis12g, amomum villosum6g, white mustard9g, batryticated silkworm9g, bile nanxing6g, cinnamon6g, kelp,15g, myrrh9g, salvia miltiorrhiza20g, lumbricus9g, Cyperus rotundus9g, hawthorn15g, honey-fried licorice root6g), while the control group were given Guizhifuling pills (cassia twig18g, poria cocos30g, cortex moutan15g, radix paeoniae rubra18g, peach kernel18g).Both of the two groups are given treatments for3months except menstrual period. To compare the size of uterine fibroids> uterine artery blood flow index and the TCM symptom scores and symptoms improvement of two groups before and after treatment.Results1.The volume of uterine fibroids in both groups significantly reduced after the treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Compared with two groups, the reduction in volume has no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). 2.In the improvement of menstrual symptoms associated with phlegm and bloodstasis type of uterine fibroids, there was no difference between two groups (P>0.05).3. In the improvement of symptoms,the group of Cangshabaijie decoction is better than the group of Guizhifuling pills, there was significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion1. Phlegm and blood stasis type is one of the most common type of phlegm and blood stasis type of uterine fibroids. Cangsha bai-jie decoction is used to cure the uterine fibroids. There were no significant differences between Cangshabaijie decoction and Guizhifuling pills about reducing the size of uterine fibroids and improving the uterine artery blood flow, however, in improving patients with symptomes complice, the effect is better than Guizhifuling pills.2. It can better improve the clinical symptoms of patients about uterine fibroids that belongs to the type of phlegm and blood stasis, which based on promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis, giving consideration to invigorate the spleen for eliminating dampness and phlegm...
