Tangxinkang In The Treatment Of Qi And Yin Deficiency And Two Collaterals Stasis Blocking The Clinical Study Of Diabetic Cardiomyopathy

Objective:Observe TangXinKang in the treatment of qi and Yin deficiency and two collaterals blood stasis resistance type clinical curative effect and safety of diabetes cardiomyopathy.Methods:Using the methods of before and after treatment in patients with their own controls would be consistent with gas Yin deficiency of collaterals and blood stasis resistance diagnostic criteria patients into the treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.In conventional western medicine therapy and lifestyle intervention,on the basis of combined with TangXinKang reagent water decoction,daily 1 agent,4 weeks for a period of treatment,treatment 3 period of treatment.Before and after treatment,respectively, to evaluate the clinical symptoms,signs,observed the blood sugar,glycosylatedhemoglobin,blood lipid,blood rheology,inflammatory factors and indexes of heart colour to exceed,pay close attention to the adverse reactions of patients,physical condition,and compliance.All data using SPSS 17.0 statistical software for statistical analysisResults:This study participants included 60 patients with diagnosis standard,and no loss in the process of treatment.After treatment with TangXinKang:TCM symptoms integral comparison,TangXinKang can obviously improve the patient’s symptoms and signs(P<0.01);In lowering blood sugar,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood fat,blood rheology,left ventricular structure and function,reduce inflammation factor has good curative effect,before treatment and after treatment comparison differences statistically significant(P<0.01);In the clinical study found no adverse reaction or allergic phenomenon,various safety indexes before and after treatment in the normal range,there was no statistically significant difference before and after treatment.Conclusion:Preliminary studies suggest that TangXinKang can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with diabetic cardiomyopathy,lowering blood sugar,blood fat,blood rheology,left ventricular structure and function,reduce inflammation,safe and effective,and has wide application prospect and is worth further research.
