Clinical Study Of Vein Relaxing Treatment Of Diabetic Foot And Its Effect On Vascular Endothelial Function

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect and analysis of the treatment of diabetic foot by using Tongxinluo Capsule by comparing the plasma endothelin(ET),nitric oxide(NO),endothelial progenitor cell(EPCs),C-reactive protein(CRP),ankle brachial index(ABI)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment in the treatment group and the control group.The mechanism of action is preliminarily discussed to provide new ideas and new methods for the treatment of diabetic foot.Methods60 diabetic foot patients with Qi Yin deficiency and choroidal stasis syndrome were selected as the research subjects.The randomized digital table was used in this study.The patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group of two groups,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Cilostazol Tablets 100mg/ times,2 times per day and routine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule 4 grains / times,3 times per day and routine treatment.For the 1 course of 3 months,the scores of ET,NO,EPCs,ABI and TCM syndrome were observed before and after treatment in two groups.After 1courses,the clinical effect of Tongxinluo Capsule on diabetic foot and the effect on endothelial function were analyzed.Result1.endothelial function and other indicators: treatment of 1 courses,two groups before and after treatment group comparison,the treatment group and the control group EPCs,NO after treatment were higher than before treatment(P < 0.01),ET lower than before(P < 0.01),CRP lower than before(the treatment group P < 0.01,P < 0.05),two groups after treatment and before the treatment ABI The increase of ABI in the comparison group(P < 0.01),the increase of ABI in the control group was not obvious(P >0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group after the treatment(ET,NO,CRP,EPCs and ABI P < 0.01,ET P < 0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group,suggesting that the treatment group improved the blood of diabetic foot.The function of endothelium was better than that of the control group.2.syndrome curative effect score: 1 courses of treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33% higher than that of the control group73.33%(P < 0.05),indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: Tongxinluo capsule can effectively improve the number of EPCs in diabetic foot patients,increase the number of NO and reduce the number of ET,reduce CRP,improve ABI,improve clinical symptoms,improve clinical efficacy,clinical medication safety,the treatment group is better than the control group,indicating that Tongluo treatment is safe and effective for diabetic foot in bed,its mechanism may be modified and the mechanism may be modified.It is related to its vascular endothelial function.
