Objective: To evaluate the clinical research of the epithelial cells FH test in colorectal cancer early screening by detecting the FH in the rectum epithelial cells among the colorectal high risk patients.Method: One hundred and eight high risk patients between July 2015 and January 2016 were considered inclusion in the research. All patients were sampled randomly into three groups. The first group was performed the epithelial cells FH test, and then was performed the electrical colonoscope. The second group first was performed the fecal occult blood test, and then was performed the electrical colonoscope. The third group was detected by the electrical colonoscope. The detection rate of the colorectal cancer and the inflammatory polypus among the three methods were compared. Results: The positive rate of the experimental group was 52.8%.8 colorectal adenomas and 5 inflammatory polypus had been found among the positive cases, and 3 colorectal adenomas had been found in the negative cases. No colorectal cancer had been found in all cases. The sensitivity of the colorectal cancer in the experimental group was 0,and the sensitivity of the benign lesion was 81.2%. The positive rate of the control group 1 was 41.7%. There were 5 colorectal adenomas and 3 inflammatory polypus had been found in the positive cases, and 4 inflammatory polypus had been found in the negative cases of the control group 1. There was no colorectal cancer had been found. The sensitivity of the colorectal cancer was 0,and the sensitivity of the benign lesion was 75% in the control group 1,which was no significant difference compared with the experimental group(2χ =0.808,p=0.369>0.05). The positive rate of the control group 2 was 33.3%,and 2 colorectal cancers had been found. One was in the stage of Dukes A,the other was in Dukes B. There was no significant difference compared the experimental group with the control group 2(2χ =0.514, P=0.473>0.05).Conclusion: There is no feasibility of the epithelial cells stability FH reagent for the colorectal cancer early screening and we should produce a new reagent especially for colorectal cancer early screening.
