Objective:By observing the ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood atherosclerosis model rats serum TG, TC, LDL-C, the influence of the content of HDL-C and the pathological morphological changes of thoracic aorta vascular wall, to explore the ethyl acetate extract sappanwood provides objective basis of atherosclerosis.Methods:SD rats were randomly selected 8 as blank group, only the ordinary feed after a week, in addition to the blank group, more than all the abdominal cavity injection of vitamin D3700000 IU (kg/d), injection of 3 days in a row, start feeding high fat forage 12 weeks, atherosclerosis model was established. Model after the success of the replication, the rest of the rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:model group, the group of off, wood ethyl acetate extract of low, medium and high dose group, give wood ethyl acetate extract of low, medium and high dose group of different filling and uniform concentration of the ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood suspension 10 ml/(kg/d), Shujianzhi (simvastatin) group of drop irrigation take off the suspension of 10 ml/(kg/d), to give the blank group, model group 10 ml/sodium carboxymethyl cellulose solution, kg, d).4 weeks after the treatment, collection and thoracic aorta and abdominal aortic blood, optical microscope thoracic aorta vascular wall pathomorphism changes. Application of ELISA method to detect the rat serum TG, TC, LDL-C. The content of HDL-C SPSS 19.0 data application software for statistical analysis.Results:Compared with model control group, simvastatin group and ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood low, medium and high dose group could make the thoracic aorta vascular wall AS a lesser pathomorphism changes.Compared with the blank control group, Model control group of serum TG, TC, LDL-C level increased significantly, Statistically significant difference (P<0.05); No obvious change in the level of HDL-C. Compared with model control group, simvastatin group and ethyl acetate extract of sappanwood low, medium and high dose group could significantly reduce serum TG, TC, LDL-C level, statistically significant difference (P<0.05); But no obvious change in HDL-C. Compared with simvastatin group, wood ethyl acetate extract of low, medium and high dose group of impact on the level of serum TG, TC, LDL-c. DL-C has no obvious difference (P> 0.05).Conclusion:1 Wood ethyl acetate extract can reduce atherosclerosis model of rat thoracic aorta vascular wall pathology morphological damage degree.2 Wood ethyl acetate extract can reduce atherosclerosis model rats serum TG, TC, LDL-C level, but no influence on the level of HDL-C.
