The Evaluation Of Two Different Operations For The Treatment Of Femoral Intertrochanteric Fractures

Objective Through the analysis of clinical observation and comparison, to determine the PFNA and DHS of the clinical curative effect of the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture, and provide the clinical basis for intertrochanter fracture of femur surgery way choice.Methods 80 patients with intertrochanteric fracture were selected form zhumadian xincai orthopaedic hospital from February 2012 to December 2012 for the analysis, we chose 33 cases with DHS treatment and 47 cases with PFNA treatment, and all treatments were fracture healing, We collected two groups in age, bleeding volume, operation time, hospitalization time and the incidence of clinical healing time and hip varus and internal fixation loosening, femoral neck shortening, femoral head cutting complication of fracture, according to the classification standard of curative effect from Parker, Classifid all of the cases efficacy, and statistical analysis was performed on two groups of data.Result The test shows that The incidence rate of volume, operation time, postoperative complications had significant difference between group PFNA and group DHS(P<0.05), the age of patients, duration of hospitalization, clinical healing time of fracture, hip effect had no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion All the two group’s treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture can obtain good therapeutic effect, but PFNA group of less intraoperative bleeding, shorter operation time, postoperative complications and lower rate of fractures, is the ideal method of treatment of femoral trochanter.
