Objective:Based on the thought of syndrome differentiation combined with disease, adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang as the main treatment of menopausal syndrome were observed between pre and post treatment of symptoms, so as to explore the clinical treatment of menopausal syndrome diagnosis way of thinking, to improve curative effect.Method:Collecting 103 cases of patients with menopausal syndrome, cassia twig keel oyster tonga subtraction, observed pre and post treatment in patients with grade, application SPSS19.0 statistical software to analyze the results, with alpha= 0.05 as a standard for inspection on both sides.Results:(1) The results show that the adjustment treatment of menopausal syndrome of Yin and Yang,16 cases were markedly effective, effective 78 cases,9 cases of invalid, the total effective rate was 91.26%.(2) The degree of patient’s condition pre and post therapy, Kupperman score, the difference was statistically significant (P< 0.05).(3) Security results:in the clinical study, there was no obvious adverse drug reaction, clinical application safety.Conclusion:Through the clinical research, "adjusting the balance of Yin and Yang" based on syndrome differentiation combined with disease to treat menopausal syndrome is the treatment of curative effect, disharmony between Yin and Yang run through the course of the disease is the key to the treatment of menopausal syndrome. Based on syndrome differentiation combined with disease is helpful to the accurate syndrome differentiation and improve curative effect, to promote the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has rules to follow.
