The lung function test in the model group breathing frequency (F) compared with the control group was significantly higher (P<0.05)), minute ventilation (MVb), peak inspiratory flow (PIFb) peak expiratory flow (PEFb) was significantly reduced (P<0.05 or P<0.01). Compared with the model group, lung intestines of rats can reduce the combined group F (P<0.05 or P<0.01), increased MVb, PIFb, PEFb (P<0.05 or P<0.01);The model group rats and intestinal mucus in BALF sIgA were significantly lower (P<0.05 or P<0.01) the control group; compared with the model group, positive group and BALF sIgA content and intestinal mucus in the treatment group than the model group liter higher (P<0.05 or P <0.01);5. Cytokine levels1) serum and BALF in model group TGF-β1, IL-17 was significantly higher than the control group largeMice (P<0.05 or P<0.01); compared with the model group, positive group of intestinal and lung combined group of TGF-β1, IL-17 have different degrees downward effect (P<0.05), with a statistically significant difference significance.2) Immunohistochemistry results show:the model group and the blank group MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio imbalance severe (<1); positive group increased intestinal and lung combined treatment in the intervention group compared with model group MMP-9 levels is slow, TIMP-1 levels increased significantly (P<0.05); of MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio close to normal, there is a significant regulatory role.Conclusion:Improve lung Chang He Zhi intestinal flora merger allergic asthma rat airway remodeling adjustment mechanism may have two:First, by reducing lung infiltration of inflammatory cells, to repair the airway mucosal injury, and then restore damaged tissue structure; Second, regulation of TGF-β1, IL-17 expression, reduce lung tissue MMP-9, TIMP-1 levels, regulate MMP-9/TIMP-1 ratio tends to balance up early antagonize airway remodeling.
