Objective:Observe and investigate the expression levels of asthmatic mice sanziyangrintang eosinophil chemokines (Eotaxin) the impact explore sanziyangqintang mechanism of action to treat asthma. Methods:The 60 mice were randomly divided into normal group, asthma model group, sanziyangqintang high-dose group (SZ-H), medium (SZ-M) dose group, low metering group (SZ-L), to plug betamethasone group (DXM group), a total of six groups of 10 each. Sensitized and challenged into two stages, in addition to the normal group of the mice in the experimental group on days 0 and 14 days with abdominal injection of ovalbumin and aluminum hydroxide gel mixture. The first 14 days from the asthma model group, dexamethasone group of small, sanziyangqintang three dose groups were nebulized ovalbumin (OVA) excitation 14d. Instead of the normal control group and the OVA antigen solution were sensitized and challenged with saline.Dexamethasone intraperitoneally 30min before each excitation dexamethasone (0.5 mg/kg), sanziyangqintan group was given the challenge phase synchronization. Before inspire every lh, mice in each group herein are administered orally, according to the grouping of different doses of three different perfusion sanziyangqintang.By the end of the mice in each group were shot to death within 1 day, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect mouse bronchoalveolar lavage fluid (BALF) of eotaxin protein; line BALF eosinophils (EOS) count, cell sorting. Lung tissue, eotaxin mRNA expression levels using RT-PCR to detect the mouse lung tissue, and lung tissue HE staining of lung histopathology. Results:Sanziyangqintang may reduce the body by eotaxin levels in asthmatic mice, reduce inflammatory cells in the lung tissue of local infiltration, inhibit airway inflammation.
