Objective:From the clinical’observe of stranguria study which is based on female patients,we summarize the syndrome distribution rules,clinical symptomatology characteristics and predisposing factors. In addition,we get the tutor’s clinical experiences from analyzing the prescription rules of Chinese herbs.Method:Put all the 84 patients’ information into the database,including the information on whether the other two values enterd by 1,0. then numbered the cluster statistical variables according to the input sequence by1.2.3.4...,and make sure that the dates are correct.we descriped the general information of the patients statistically,Apply cluster analysis on the informations which occurrence of frenquency>5 times including syndromes,tongue coating and pulse.According to the standard for TCM syndrome differentiation, we get the syndromes of female urinary tract infection, and then evaluate them.Through the clinical observe of stranguria study which is based on female patients,we summarize the syndrome distribution rules,clinical symptomatology characteristics and predisposing factors. In addition,we get the tutor’s clinical experiences from analyzing the prescription rules of Chinese herbs to treating chronic female urinary tract infection.Result:In accordance with the frequency of occurrence in the top eight syndrome are frequency of micturition,waist soreness,fatigue,thirst with desire for drinks,urethral discomfort,abdominal bulge,dripping endless,and searing pain.Manifestations of urinary urgency,searing pain and other typical symptoms of urinary tract irritation was only 25.1%.2.The result of cluster analysis on syndromes,signs,tongue and pulse,the frist:23 dry red tongue(dark),27 wiry,rapid and thin pulse,2 thirst with desire for drinks,4 frequency of micturition and urgency of urination,24 white tongue coating(greasy fur,thin fluid);the second:12 waist soreness,13 fatigue,6 urethral discomfort,25 yellow tongue coating;the third:14dizziness and tinnitus,19 night urination,22pale tongue(fat,purple),28 thin and sank pulse,7 dripping endless,20anorexia,21insomnia,5 searing pain,10 abdominal bulge;the fourth:thirst without desire for drinks,16nausea and vomiting,1 fever with chilliness,26rapid and slippery pulse,8cloudy urine,9gross hematuria,15chilliness,17 loose stool,11 undrebelly contracture,18constipation.At last,we get the clinical classification of stanguria:yin deficiency with damp-heat,kidney insufficiency with damp-heat,deficiency in kidney and spleen and downward damp-heat.3.The patients with no complications was 14cases,accounting for 16.7%;83.3% of the patients with other diseases,the top three were hypertension,diabetes and chronic kidney disease.4.According to the clustering results,the susceptible factors of urinary tract infection were chronic kidney diasase,diabetes,renal cysts,stones,hydronephrosis,urinary tract obstruction and gynecological inflammation.5,The rate of patients with positive urine culture was 48.8%,Escherichia coli as the main pathogenic bacteria.6.The different ages and different combined has no direct effect on the syndrome,it is no statistical difference.(p>0.05).7.Fifteen of the tutor’ most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine were huang qi,shi wei, du zhong,huai niu xi,chi bai shao,dang gui,bai zhu,yu jin,tai zi shen,han lian cao,che qian cao,dang shen,gan jiang,mao zhua cao,gui zhi.conclusion1.The four type of Syndrome differentiation of stanguria were deficiency with damp-heat,kidney insufficiency with damp-heat,deficiency in kidney and spleen and downward damp-heat.2.The major groups of female urinary tact infection patients was older women,which has no typical symptoms,many complications,the low rate of positive urine culture.3.tutor’yi shen qing li huo xue treatment is the main method of treating stanguria, which is fully compatible with stranguria pathogenesis treatmen.
