Research On Strategic Plan And Implementation Of BD Hospital

Since joining the WTO, the world integration of our country is getting higher and higher and medical industry is facing unprecedented challenges. At the same time, China’s medical and health system reform continues to deepen, the government introduces various policies to encourage the social funds to organize hospital, the medical market continues to open further,then the business environment, the internal business process and the management style of the hospital have been deeply changed, in order to achieve sustainable development, hospitals especially the private ones, must formulate a scientific development strategy that suits to their own practical and external environment requirements.Fistly, in the introduction section,this paper expounds the background, significance and research methods of the thesis, summarizes the research status at home and abroad,to elaborat the the necessity of writing this paper. Secondly, this paper expounds the related theories and methods in the second chapter, which lays the theoretical foundation of the research. Thirdly, in order to clearly demonstrate business environment and the challenges and threats of BD Hospital, this paper takes it as the research object, and researches it by PESTEL analysis method, Porter’s "Five Forces Model", SWOT analysis method and core capability analysis method. Finally, this paper brings out the strategic design and implementation of BD Hospital, but also provides the reference for other hospitals which are similar to the BD Hospital.
