There are significant differences in contrast(P <0.01)before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral quantization.2. After Wang Huazheng Enema of the disease can be significantly reduced cyst treatment, the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P <0.05).3. Sex Hormones : After Wang Huazheng enema treatment of the disease can reduce the E2 levels and varying degrees of elevated FSH, LH levels before and after treatment difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.The immune system : After Wang Huazheng enema treatment of the disease,increased patient ratio of CD4 + T cells, CD4 + / CD8 + ratio, reducing the ratio of CD8 + T cells, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).5.Follow-up : After three courses of treatment withdrawal, follow-up of 22 cases of patients, except for three cases showed menstruation, menorrhagia symptoms, and the remaining patients had no obvious abnormalities.Conclusion:1.Wang enema of the disease clinical efficacy of ovarian cysts( phlegm stagnation type) is significant, can shrink ovarian cysts, improve the patient’s symptoms and signs.2. Wang enema of the disease can regulate hormone levels, for therapeutic purposes.3. Wang enema of the disease may be by regulating the body’s immune function, to anti-tumor purposes, to reduce the incidence of ovarian cysts.
