Wang Zhuyu Tongmai Decoction Enema In The Treatment Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Obstruction Of Fallopian Tube In Clinical Research

Objective:The use of national intangible cultural heritage of Pingyao daohubi's wang physician gynecological unique academic system to develop the Wang Zhuyu Tongmai Decoction,through the observation of the clinical curative effect of the fallopian tube obstruction of qi stagnation and blood stasis type of observation,in order to tube obstruction patients as soon as possible to explore and provide theoretical and practical basis of intrauterine pregnancy treatment of fallopian.Method:According to the principle of random,control the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria selected 100 cases of eligible subjects according to the order of admission by objects,were randomly divided into the treatment group of 50 cases,50 cases in the control group.Two groups of patients with age,course of disease,fallopian tube obstruction,the severity of disease and TCM syndrome had no significant difference,comparable(P>0.05),the treatment group of 50 cases with Wang Zhuyu Tongmai Decoction enema treatment,50 cases in the control group with gentamycin treatment of liquid flow.Observation on the treatment of 15 days after the patency,TCM symptoms integral quantization,quantification of TCM symptoms and pregnancy fallopian tube.Result:1.curative effect and treatment methodThe treatment group of 50 cases,32 cases were cured,accounting for 64%,the total efficiency of 88%;control group of 50 cases,19 cases were cured,accounting for 38%,the total efficiency of 70%.The treatment group and the control group curative effect had significant difference(P<0.05).In two groups before and after treatment of TCM syndrome curative effect had significant difference(P<0.05),treatment group syndrome significantly better than the control group.Two groups of patients with clinical improvement,statistically,there was significant difference(P<0.05),the treatment group showed clinical improvement was significantly better than the control group.2.Efficacy and diseaseTreatment of primary infertility group,the total efficiency of 86.4%,the total efficiency of 85.7%secondary infertility.No significant difference in curative effect between primary infertility and secondary infertility(P>0.05).That Wang Zhuyu TongmaiDecoction in the treatment of oviduct obstructive infertility efficacy and disease had no obvious relationship.3.Curative effect and ageThe treatment group of 23-30 years and 31-39 years old curative effect comparison,no significant difference(P>0.05).Comparison between 23-39 years old and above 36 years of age effect,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison between 31-39 years old and above 40 years of age effect,there was significant difference.(P<0.05).That the older,the treatment is more difficult.4.curative effect and course of diseaseThe treatment group of 2-4 years and 5-7 years curative effect comparison between,no significant difference(p>0.05).Comparison of the effects of 2-4 and 8-9,there was significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison of the effects of 5-7 and 8-9,there was significant difference(P<0.05).The longer the duration,the more poor treatment effect.5.efficacy and imaging classificationEffect of the treatment group of partial occlusion and complete occlusion with significant difference(P<0.05).That Wang Zhuyu Tongmai Decoction in the treatment of infertility due to fallopian tube obstruction,the efficacy of fallopian tube obstruction is more significant part.Degree of obstruction of fallopian tube is more serious,treatment is more difficult.Conclusion:Wang Zhuyu Tongmai Decoction enema treatment of thisdisease is effective,is superior to the western medicine treatment group.
