| Objective: My supervisor who’s Prof.Wang jin quan thinks that the basic mechanical of ovarian cyst disease is Phlegm-dampness stagnation.And he put forward the main treatment methods of warming yang and reducing phlegm,eliminating mass and dissolving lumps.According this theory,we investigate the clinic treatment effect of Wang’s style huazheng enema to Phlegm-dampness stagnation ovarian cyst disease,further study the mechanical of its clinic effect.Methods :(1)60 subjects those meet the research criteria were divided into treatment and control two groups by randomly method with the proportion of 1:1.(2)All patients of treatment group were used Wang’s style huazheng enema,and the others from control group are applied Cinnamon Twig and Poria decoction(CTPD).Two groups are all used the Chinese medicine retention enema method,and one menstrual cycle as a period of treatment,continuous treatment to these cases within one period.(3)The syndrome of Chinese medicine,size of B ultrasonic cyst,hemorrheology,carbohydrate antigen(CA125)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF alpha)of the patients as an index of observation.(4)The syndrome of Chinese medicine,size of B ultrasonic cyst,hemorrheology,carbohydrate antigen(CA125)and tumor necrosis factor(TNF alpha)of the patients as an index of observation.Results:1.In the general data of the patients and the baseline condition of the treatment The two groups(P > 0.05)was comparabled in the general data(information)of the patients and the baseline condition of the treatment before treatment.2.Narrowing the cystThe sum of the three diameter of cyst of two groups were all narrowed(P < 0.01),and the treatment group was better than control group(P < 0.05).3.Clinical efficacyAfter treatment,the clinica effectiveness of treatment group and control group was96.7% and 80.0%,respectively.The clinical efficacy of treatment group was obviously better than that of control group(P < 0.01).4.Curative effect and improvement of Chinese medicine symptomAfter treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group and control group are96.7% and 83.3%,respectively,and the Chinese medicine symptom of treatment group is clearly superior to the control group’s(P < 0.05).There is significantly difference between two groups by comparing the Chinese medicine symptom integral before and after treatment(P < 0.05).5.HemorrheologyAfter treatment,the hemorrheology levels of two groups are all reduce compare with those of the before treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group is clearly superior to the control group(P < 0.05).6.CA125The CA 125 levels of two groups after treatment are all reduce compare with those of the without treatment(P< 0.01),and the treatment group is obviously better than the control group(P < 0.01).7.TNF-aThe TNF-a levels of two groups after treatment are all go down compare to those of the before treatment(P < 0.01),and the treatment group is distinctly better than the control group(P < 0.05).8.Follow-up:During the total study process,wang’s style huazheng enema has the good security.There is no adverse reaction appear through the research process.And follow-up 28 patients,except 2 cases of them have menorrhagia symptom,the rest are not seen obvious abnormity.This indicates that the effect of the medicament is stable.Conclusions:1.Wang’s style huazheng enema has a good clinical efficacy to treatment ovarian cyst disease,it can cure or narrow ovarian cyst,and improve the subjective symptom of patients.2.Speculated that Wang’s style huazheng enema can improve the level of hemorrhelolgy in the patient’s body,further realize the efficacy of treatment.3.Speculated that the clinical mechanical of Wang’s style huazheng enema is to achieve the purpose of inhibiting tumor growth by regulating the body’s immune system,thereby reducing the occurrence of ovarian cysts. |
