Study On Job Burnout Among General Practitioners (GPs) In Fengtai District Of Beijing

As China’s medical and health system reform, the importance of community doctors in the whole health care system increasingly prominent, but the community development status of general practitioners and service capabilities, but with the rapid increase in demand and the increasingly important position does not match, work overload resulting in a pressure increase, which show signs of emotional problems, which led to the occurrence of burnout. In the current context, to find community doctors burnout of possible causes and analyzed, so take certain targeted approach to reduce the psychological stress community physicians, prevention and reduction of burnout, improve work efficiency is important.In this study, Maslach Burnout Questionnaire and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire for the survey tool to Beijing Fengtai area 14 community health service institutions 180 community doctors for the survey, using SPSS software for data analysis and discussion of the survey, described the status and to analyze the causes of job burnout.The results showed that: ① In terms of emotional exhaustion, a certain degree of emotional exhaustion phenomenon accounted for 53.4%(score of 18. 43±4.23), While 20.7% is relatively high degree of emotional exhaustion test; in de-personalization of respect, there is a certain degree of depersonalization phenomenon accounted for 43.4%(score of 11.14±3.79); while 13.5 percent of the subjects to a relatively high degree of personalization; in terms of lowachievement, accomplishment lower accounted for 40.9%(score of 35.26±5.66); while 19.3 percent of people professional efficacy is relatively low; burnout among community doctors ② Fengtai District Community Health Service more common, men and women Doctors can occur in varying degrees of burnout, no gender differences on the department;③the title of senior doctor in emotional exhaustion and low personal accomplishment junior titles in two dimensions greater than a doctor; ④ doctors graduate degree in emotional exhaustion low personal accomplishment in two dimensions than other doctors;⑤doctors work just to work with high motivation, achievement motivation and strong interest in the working of thick, low burnout level;⑥ marriage has a positive aspect in reducing the occurrence of burnout effect, while marriage may increase an individual’s social support physicians and improve their life satisfaction;⑦ good social support and active coping strategies to deal with job burnout effective factors.On the basis of analyzing the causes of job burnout,this study puts forward the strategies of coping with job burnout from four aspects of society,government,organization and individual.
