| Objective:comparative analysis gasless laparoscopic by an abdo minal wall lift method and pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic in the cli nical effects of senile colorectal cancer.Methods:retrospective investigation in December 2009 to April 2014 for 42 cases of elderly patients with the clinical data of laparos copic colorectal cancer surgery, among gasless laparoscopic 21 cases, pneumoperitoneum group 21 cases, all successful surgery, compared t wo groups of patients in the surgery time, intraoperative blood loss, the number of lymph node cleaning, postoperative exhaust time, post operative complications and so on.Results:42 cases of no accidental injury, no conversion to open surgery, with no deaths.Including anastomotic leakage in 1 case of s uspensory group, colon side ditch abscess in 1 case.Pneumoperitoneu m group 1 case occurred anastomotic leak at the same time, deep ve in thrombosis of lower limbs.1 case occurred incision fat liquefactio n. Analysis of two groups of patients with the time of operation, intr aoperative blood loss, the number of lymph node, postoperative exha ust time, postoperative average length of stay, and complications foll owing surgery,2 hours in the operation for pH, PaO2,SaO2,heart rate, there were no statistically significant difference (P> 0.05),2 h ours in the operation arterial blood PaCO2 was statistically difference between the two groups (P<0.05)Conclusion:gasless laparoscopic curative effect on senile colorectal cancer had no signficant difference with pneumoperitoneum laparoscopic, can avoid the related complications caused by CO2 continuous perfusion, for with basic diseases of old age and older patients more practical,is worth promoting. |
