Clinical Comparative Study Between Gasless And Pneumoperitoneum Laparoscopic Appendectomy

[Purpose]This clinical comparative analysis of gasless laparoscopic appendectomy (GLA) and traditional laparoscopic appendectomy (LA) advantages and disadvantages.[Methods]Select between June2012and December2013under our hospital Combined spinal epidural anesthesia gasless laparoscopic appendectomy in30cases, and the corresponding period of lumbar epidural anesthesia traditional laparoscopic appendectomy30cases retrospectively analyzed were compared mean operative time, mean intraoperative blood loss,0postoperative intestinal function recovery time, hospital stay, postoperative complications, postoperative hypothermia, hospital costs and other indicators.[Results]Both groups were successfully completed surgery, no abdominal, vascular, abdominal visceral injury, no subcutaneous hematoma and bleeding.No acidosis, pneumothorax and CO2gas embolism and other complications. Grade incision healed. Comparison of two blood loss(GLA10.0±2.4ml, LA8.3±14.2ml, P>0.05), comparison of two operation of actual operating time (GLA32.517.6min, LA30.317.7min, P>0.05) meanoperative time and hospital stay (GLA3.l1l.lday, LA3.210.9day, P>0.05),the difference was not statistically significant (p>0.05);compare two averagerecovery time of bowel function (GLA14.114.0h, LA18.114.5h, P<0.05)and postoperative complications, the difference was statistically significance(p<0.05).[Conclusion]1、asless laparoscopic appendectomy(GLA) is safe, can be used inelderly patients and the originalheart and lung diseases in emergency patientswith appendicitis.2、asless laparoscopic appendectomy(GLA) had better recovery ofintestinal resection pneumoperitoneum group and postoperative flatulenceafter operation.3、asless laparoscopic appendectomy(GLA) were compared withtraditional laparoscopic operationbasically has no obvious advantages inoperation time.4、asless laparoscopic appendectomy(GLA) devices now hadsomething technical problems,and still needs improvement.
