Objective:To study the relationship between the expressions of OPN, p53 in cervical lesions and the infection of HR-HPV.Method:By immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of OPN, p53 in cervical lesions, HR-HPV DNA was detected by the Hybird Capture 2(HC2)system.1.By immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of OPN, p53 in different levels in cervical lesions, HR-HPV DNA was detected by HC2 system. And results were wrote down. 2.The SPSS17.0 software was used to data processing and statistical analysis.Measurement data used t-test.Count data used Kruskal Wallis H-test, If P<0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Correlation research used the rank correlation.Result:1.The study included 208 subjects, including the experimental group 178 subjects and the control group 30 subjects. The experimental group included chronic cervicitis-CINⅠ60 cases(chronic cervicitis 27 cases, CINⅠ33 cases), the group of CINⅡ-CIN Ⅲ 60 cases(CINⅡ32 cases, CINⅢ28 cases), the group of cervical squamous carcinoma 58 cases. The control group selected from the operations of hysterectomy because of uterine fibroids, and the postoperative pathological diagnosis were normal cervical tissue. 2. The expression of OPN located in cytoplasm and(or) the cell membrane. The positive expression rate were 10.0%、18.3%、40.0%、81.0% in control group, the group of chronic cervicitis-CINⅠ, the group of CINⅡ-CIN Ⅲ, the group of cervical squamous carcinoma. The difference was statistically significant(Hc=44.66, P<0.05). 3. The expression of p53 located in nucleus. The positive expression rate were 3.3%、28.3%、40.0%、61.7% in control group, the group of chronic cervicitis-CINⅠ, the group of CINⅡ-CINⅢ, the group of cervical squamous carcinoma. The difference was statistically significant(Hc=46.72, P<0.05). 4. The degree of cervical lesions and HR-HPV infection degree were correlations(P<0.05), rs=0.44. 5. Between OPN and HR-HPV, p53 and HR-HPV were all correlations(P<0.05), the rs=0.381/0.275.But OPN and there was no correlation with p53(P>0.05), rs=0.142. 6. The expression of OPN in cervical squamous carcinoma was positively associated with age, FIGO staging and tumor size(P<0.05), but not histological grade, invasion depth, lymph node metastasis(P>0.05). However, the expression of p53 in cervical squamous carcinoma was just positively associated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:1. The expression of OPN is closely related to the cervical lesions, and OPN may play an important role in the development of cervical squamous carcinoma. 2. The expression of p53 was closely related to the cervical lesions. The detection of p53 may be used for mt P53, mutation may occur in the early cervical lesions and play an important role in carcinoma. 3. The degree of cervical lesions and HR-HPV infection degree were positive correlations. HR-HPV capacity was higher, the cervical lesions may be heavier, and HR-HPV play an important role in the development of cervical squamous carcinoma. 4. The expression of OPN and HR-HPV infection degree were positive correlations, and they may play important roles in the development of cervical squamous carcinoma. 5. The expression of p53 and HR-HPV infection degree were positive correlations, and they may play important roles in the development of cervical squamous carcinoma. 6.The expression of OPN and p53 had no correlations, and they may no interaction. 7.OPN may play an important role in the development of tumor. And the expression of OPN was associated with the malignant degree, metastasis of tumor,.If the expression of OPN was positive, it suggested a poor prognosis. 8.p53 may play an important role in the development of tumor. And the expression of p53 was associated with the metastasis of tumor,If the expression of p53 was positive, it suggested a poor prognosis.
