BackgroundCervical cancer is the second most common malignancy in women,and it is second only to breast cancer in women.There are nearly half a million new cases of cervical cancer worldwide each year,accounting for 10 percent of all new cases of cancer.The number of cervical cancer deaths has reached 270,000 per year,with 80 per cent of cases occurring in developing countries.China is a country with a large population and is also a region of cervical cancer.And the vast majority of the country has yet to implement the effective large-scale cervical cancer screening mechanism.According to statistics,at present China every year there are about 45700 cases of cervical cancer,new cases accounted for 9.3% of the total number of new cases of cervical cancer,cervical cancer among Chinese women the incidence of malignant tumor in 7,in recent years,the incidence of cervical cancer is high,and younger trend,therefore prevention and treatment of cervical cancer has been more and more people pay attention to.By the scholars both at home and abroad,the study found the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and associated with HPV(human papilloma virus)infection,from the perspective of cervical cancer prevention and control,clear HPV infection various subtypes distribution and the proportion of infection,of cervical cancer lesion before and cervical cancer screening,prevention,treatment is of great significance.1.Objective: to study the hospital patients with cervical cancer and precancerous lesions in the distribution characteristics of HPV infection,In order to provide a reference for the clinical diagnosis,screening and treatment of the disease in our city,and to provide data support for the prevention of cervical HPV infection.2.Methods: collect between December 2012 and December 2012 in our hospital during the period of obstetrics and gynecology clinic of shenzhen disease of department of gynaecology,screening cervical cancer,CIN Ⅰ type,CIN Ⅱ ~ Ⅲ type and 120 cases of cervicitis patients as the research object,using a special brush sample collection cervical exfoliated cells,can adopt the biological technology(shenzhen)co.,LTD.Provide HPV genotyping detection kit(PCR-reverse spot hybridization method),classification of HPV detection.Total of 21 kinds of HPV gene subtype,including 13 kinds of high-risk subtypes,5 kinds of low-risk subtypes and three kinds of common Chinese people,and statistical analysis of test results,conclusion cervical cancer pathological subtype and staging and the correlation of HPV infection and cervical cancer lesion before,the correlation between HPV infection and cervical lesion distribution characteristics in different age.3.Results: 480 specimens of this study,is located in cervical squamous cell carcinomas of the first type of HPV subtypes of 16,is located in adenocarcinoma of the first type of HPV subtypes of 16,is located in the gland scale cancer the first type of HPV subtypes of 16,thus,pathological subtype type HPV infection is the first type is 16.Before HPV subtypes in CIN Ⅰ constitute three followed by HPV52,16,58,CIN Ⅱ/Ⅲ before HPV subtypes in three of HPV16,18,58,thus,CIN Ⅰ HPV gene subtype HPV52,first in CIN Ⅱ/Ⅲ HPV gene subtype group,first in CIN CIN and Ⅰ Ⅱ/Ⅲ common HPV gene subtype is not the same,in all ages of HPV infection is 16 subtypes of the first type.In addition,cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and the relationship between HPV infection of multiple unclear,cervical lesion distribution in different age groups have certain difference.4.Conclusion: the patients with cervical cancer HPV infection is the main subtypes of type 16,18,52,the second is 58 and 33.Subtypes of HPV infection distribution and lesion level of high and low,the cervical cancer staging,pathological types,related to the cervical lesion distribution in different age groups have certain difference;Monitoring of high-risk groups,and through vaccination,screening and early detection treated early comprehensive measures to prevent cervical cancer.
