Objective: Study on five kinds of commonly used ceramic alloy Ni Cr alloy, cobalt chromium alloy, titanium alloy, palladium base alloy and Au Pt alloy influence on golden hamster local oral mucosa.Methods: The above 5 kinds of porcelain fused to metal alloy according to the standard YY-T 0127.1-1993, in accordance with the requirements of the casting alloy porcelain restoration, of preparation into 5mm diameter and 0.5mm thickness circular plate specimen, will test a tight suture in the 60 to 70 days of age of golden hamster cheek pouch mucosa.(1) respectively in 14 days, 28 days cut from the mucosal contact and alloy specimen, after microwave digestion and tissue blocks, using standard solution, ICP-MS detection and digestion liquid metal ion content, by spss19.0 respectively on different time points 5 kinds of alloy porcelain fused to metal ion accumulation concentration were analyzed by analysis of variance.(2) according to the standard YY-T 0127.1-1993, respectively in 14 days, were observed for 28 days and specimen contact cheek pouch mucosa and score, cut take and alloy contacts mucosa. The mucosal tissues by pathological method and made he staining and pathological score.(3) respectively in 14 days, 28 days cut from the mucosal contact and alloy specimen, paraffin embedded sectioning by maxvision two-step immunohistochemical observation of intensity of p53 expression has done on sections and grading method and image analysis method was evaluated.Results:(1) the local Ni Cr alloy and ion accumulation amount most gold alloys local tissue ion accumulation total at least, within 28 days of Ni, Co, Cr, Al, Cu, GA, Zn,PD, Sn and Pt ion local accumulation quantity and time had a positive correlation(P >0.05).(2) by 14 days, 28 days of observation found that golden gopher activity,normal diet; in the experimental group, the local mucosa and negative control group had no significant difference, there was no congestion, bleeding, erosion and ulcer. Under the microscope, experimental group with the exception of the Ni Cr alloy group and palladium based alloy group clear cell layers, basal layer cells morphological rules, or a small amount of inflammatory cell infiltration and edema.(3)for 14 days, 28 days of immunohistochemical results found 5 porcelain alloy p53 protein expression intensity from high to low for the Ni Cr alloy group > Co-Cr alloy group > palladium based alloy group > pure titanium alloy group > gold platinum alloy group.Conclusion: It is preliminarily estimated that the Ni-Cr alloy, Co-Cr alloy, titanium,palladium based and gold platinum five ceramic alloys on the oral mucosa local impact from large to small for the Ni Cr alloy group > palladium based alloy group > cobalt chromium alloy group> pure titanium alloy group > gold platinum alloy group.
