Objective:Learn depressed patients confidence situation, structural equation modelling appr oach to the study of individual patients with depression rating scale in confidence i n the applicability, and explore the relationship between factors and factors of dep ression among patients with confidence for the development of depression lift patien ts with confidence method provides the basis. Methods:This study used random sampling methods to collect 200 cases of depression were within the scope of Shanxi Province. Personal questionnaire rating scale(PE I), Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD), Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA), Parentin g Style Scale(EMBU), Children of poor family environment questionnaire(CECA)Family Environment Scale(FES-CV), Attribution Style Questionnaire(ASQ), Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ). Preclude the establishment of a database with Epidata3.02, descriptive statistical analysis SPSS17.0 software, and application soft ware for structural equation modelling AMOS17.0 reliability and validity of the scale.Results:1.Personal Assessment Scale reliability value of each dimension of between 0.61 to 0.85; average amount of variance extracted(AVE value) were > 0.5, comp osite reliability(CR) values were > 0.7, explain the scale has good convergence v alidity.2.182 cases of depression were self-confidence mean score 92.37.3.Build structural equation model, the main index of confidence Impact of pat ients with depression factor(x2 / df = 1.959, GFI = 0.838, RMSEA: 0.072) are up to standard, the model fit better. Depression, coping, attribution, anxiety play a direct role for confidence; family environment, children of poor family enviro nment, parenting style indirect impacts on confidence. Sort negative factors : depr ession > negative coping > anxiety > attribution style > childhood adverse environ mental > parenting style; positive factors Sort : meet > home environment.Conclusions:1.Personal evaluation scale has good reliability and validity, can be used in the evaluation of patients with depression self-confidence.2.Depressed patients living in low confidence levels.3.Depression, anxiety, coping, attribution may be the direct factors, family factors have an indirect effect on depression self-confidence, are potential factors of confidence.4.Create good family environment, with depression early to carry out training to enhance self-confidence, improve the response capacity to carry out exercise and other methods to improve confidence in patients with depression.
