Based On The Structural Equation Model In Contact With Male Research To The Influential Factors Of Anxiety And Depression Symptoms

Objective : Among MSM population as the research object, the persons in details about the symptoms of depression, anxiety, explore male contacts the influence factors of depression and anxiety symptoms, for the development of mental diseases such as depression, anxiety among MSM crowd interventions to provide important basis.Method:Epi Data 3.1 is adopted to establish the database, the data for double entry. Using AMOS21.0 build structural equation model.Result:The survey, a total of recycling questionnaire 1245, eliminate the psychological scale is lack of the important part of the questionnaire,such as 15, collect effective questionnaire 1230 points, the questionnaire effective rate was 98.79%, the recovery rate is higher.1.Single factor analysis results show that the degree of culture, the types of registered permanent residence, monthly average income, past looking for commercial sex services and past venereal disease detection of affecting the occurrence of anxiety symptoms with statistical significance(P < 0.05). Cultural degree, marital status, account type, past fixed male sexual partners, employment situation, the individual monthly average income and also for past venereal detection rate of depressive symptoms occurred statistically significant(P < 0.05).2.To set up the structural equation model model, namely the general demographic characteristics, physiological health, safety behavior, and social status can affect mental health, at the same time, physical health,general demographic characteristics, security can also influence each other between behavior and social status. From the point of fitting coefficient,model: good NFI =0.951,RFI = 0.932, IFI = 0.966, TLI=0.953, CFI =0.966, RMSEA = 0.041, PRATIO = 0.727, chi-square/df = 3.122. General demographic characteristics, physiological health, social status, safety behavior on psychological factors(symptoms of anxiety and depression)has the effect. Among them, the safety behavior and physical health a relatively large impact on psychological factors. Path coefficient was 0.341 and 0.402, respectively. Safety behavior and physical health have less effect on the psychological factors, path were 0.118, 0.189. General demographic characteristics have positive effects on social status, the pathis 0.126. Good safety behavior positive impact factors for good physical health, path coefficient of 0.283.Conclusion:Men who have sex with men with a greater incidence of anxiety and depression symptoms, is focused on mental health. Especially in the rural registered permanent residence, unmarried status, past for commercial sex service men contacts are prone to anxiety and depression symptoms. Therefore, targeted for contacts male health education and psychological counseling, the lower the prevalence of anxiety and depression symptoms of AIDS prevention and control is of great significance.
