Objectives: This research proposes a model of influential factors for the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia,and to analyze the influencing factors of differential diagnosis in many aspects.And empirical research is carried out using electronic medical record data of prostate cancer,in order to find effective influential factors for differential diagnosis,thereby assisting clinical decision-making.Methods: First,construct the structural equation model of the influencing factors for differential diagnosis through data exploration,correlation analysis,factor analysis,model construction and testing;then,build a prostate cancer diagnosis model through a decision tree algorithm;finally,non-parametric tests and logistic regression are used to excavate the influencing factors,and compare with the diagnosis ability of the influencing factors of the research model mining.Results:(1)A structural equation model of the influential factors of differential diagnosis was constructed,and 13 factors related to prostate cancer were obtained through correlation analysis.Based on this,factor analysis,model construction,and testing were performed to identify 9 differential diagnostic influencing factors.(2)A diagnostic model for prostate cancer was constructed.The accuracy,precision,recall,specificity,and F value of the model were 0.833,0.782,0.835,0.832,and 0.808,respectively.The performance of the prostate cancer diagnosis model constructed by differential diagnosis of influencing factors is superior to the model constructed using traditional factors,and the new factors have certain diagnostic value.(3)The influential factor model for differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia is evaluated.The prostate cancer diagnosis model based on the differential diagnosis influencing factors is superior to the prostate cancer diagnosis model constructed based on factors obtained by traditional methods.Conclusions:(1)The proposed influencing factor model for the differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia can analyze the influencing factors of differential diagnosis in many ways,and has certain feasibility and superiority.(2)Obtain the influencing factors of differential diagnosis of prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia through the model,which can effectively diagnose patients with prostate cancer and benign prostatic hyperplasia,and the diagnostic ability is better than traditional factors,indicating that the new factors excavated have certain diagnostic value.(3)In terms of digging the influencing factors of differential diagnosis with strong diagnostic ability,through model comparison,the structural equation model is more suitable than traditional methods such as non-parametric testing and logistic regression.
