Background:In recent years, coronary atherosclerosis heart disease(CHD) incidence rate and mortality in our country is rising year by year, gradually become one of China’s population is the main cause of death. A dangerous factors for CHD is very much, very clear with years, dyslipidemia, gender, HP, tobacco smoking, DM with IGT, central obesity, heredity,etc. But many new dangerous factors for CHD was found gradually in recent years, such as domestic and overseas in lately years, many clinical studies had found that SH is correlation with the onset of CHD, mechanism may be through the influence blood fat,mean platelets volume, lead to coronary atherosclerosis, prompting CHD.Purpose:Purpose to probe into the SH’s relations with CHD.Methods:Selection on July 1, 2012- July 1, 2014 in the first affiliated hospital of shanxi medical university, 280 inpatients with heart diseases, both by coronary arteriography diagnosis of CHD. CHD with SH(experimental group) 138 cases, unincorporated SH142 cases(control group). Groups was detected in total cholestenone(TC), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL- C), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL- C), MPV, count Gensini total points of coronary artery; Further experimental group can be sectionalized single lesion group, the double branch lesions, the three lesion group three subgroups, severally to text the free thyroxine(FT4), three free iodine thyroidglycine(FT3) and testing for thyroid-stimulating hormone(TSH), TC、 TG、 HDL、LDL 、 MPV, each coronary artery Gensini total integral calculation, basic clinical infermation.Results:In the control of gender, other elements,such as DM, tobacco smoking, high blood pressure after it is concluded that:(1) Set of Gensini total integral comparison: the experimental group of coronary artery stenosis degree(Gensini score) always higher than the control group, with significant difference(P < 0.05);(2) The TSH in the group comparison: the experimental group three lesion group and double branch lesions TSH higher than that of single lesion group, with significant difference(P < 0.05);(3) The MPV comparison: the experimental group is higher than controls, with significant difference(P < 0.05); Multi-vessel lesions within experimental group is higher than the single lesion group, with significant difference(P < 0.05), and the experimental group in TSH is dirct interrelated MPV, correlation coefficient r = 0.478;(4)Lipid comparison: the experimental group LDL- C, TC, TG levels higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05); In the experimental group and the group of three and two vessel lesions group is higher than the one lesion group, with significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion:SH is one of the dangerous factors of coronary heart disease, may affect the lipid metabolism and MPV levels increased the risk of CHD.
