Aim:To study on the relationship between ABO blood group distribution and coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: Patients who adopt CAG in Ningxia Medical University General Hospital from March 2013 to March 2016 were Selected.According to the CAG results, and the degree of vascular stenosis(?50% of the standard)were divided into CHD group. The blood type of patients with coronary angiography was recorded and classified, the distribution of ABO blood group and coronary angiography were compared, and the Gensini score is used to clear the relationship between degree of coronary heart disease stenosis and blood group.Logistic regression analysis model was used to study the correlation between coronary heart disease and ABO blood type and its risk factors,p?0.05 was thought to have significance difference.Result: 1.Comparison of general material, with 665 cases of patients in our hospital with clear blood type.Statistical analysis of case group and control group age, smoking rate,BMI,and the proportion of male patients, the prevalence of hypertension, the prevalence of diabetes, the proportion of patients with hyperlipidemia were also collect.Statistics found that both groups in age, sex, smoking, body mass index, smoking rates have no different. While the prevalence of diabetes, and the proportion of patients with hyperlipidemia were different(p < 0.05).2.According to the statistical results of ABO blood group distribution in coronary heart disease group and control group, there was significant difference in ABO blood group distribution between the two groups(p<0.05).Logistic multivariate regression model analysis ABO blood group distribution and the relationship between CHD suggest that A blood type patients with high risk of coronary heart disease(P<0.05).In the subgroups of coronary heart disease, the higher thenumber of coronary artery lesions, the higher the proportion of patients with type A blood. In each subgroup, the proportion of type A blood was the highest and the proportion of type O was the lowest. The study found that the Gensini score of type A was the highest.Conclutions: 1.ABO blood type may be associated with the incidence of coronary heart disease, and type A may be higher than other blood type risk of coronary heart disease;2.Through the Gensini score of each blood group, type A coronary artery lesions than other blood type.
