Objective:Hongtao Xiaozhong granule’s experimental group compared with the placebo group for observing Hongtao Xiaozhong granule’s influence in molecular markers of former state thrombus for lower limb fracture patients perioperatively. Observation Hongtao Xiaozhong granule’s influence of limb swelling of lower limb fractures in perioperative patients.Hongtao Xiaozhong granule’s experimental group compared with the placebo group for discussing the prevention of LDVT of lower limb fracture patients.Method:Selected the in-patient of Shenzhen (pingshan) orthopedics hospital between may 2014 and march 2015 as the research object, according to the proposed inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, randomly divided the 49 patients with lower limb fracture who meet the requirements of the study into treatment group (25 cases) and control group (24 cases). The treatment group treated with Hongtao Xiaozhong granule, basic prevention and the air pressure treatment of lower limbs; The control group treated with placebo, basic prevention and the air pressure treatment of lower limbs. Formulate the clinical observation indexes, compared two groups of patients’ results. According to the different methods of data and grouping, respectively used the corresponding statistical method to statistic analysis.Results:1.Thigh diameter:Diameter was not all the same (F=167.935, P=0.000);Generally there are differences of the two groups (F=4.220, P=0.046), and further comparison showed treatment group’s diameter less than the control group’s after operation 3rd and 7th day; Interaction between treatment and time factor (F=13.248, P=0.000). Crus diameter:Diameter was not all the same (F=169.353, P=0.000);Generally there are differences of the two groups (F=4.563, P=0.038), and further comparison showed treatment group’s diameter less than the control group’s after operation 3rd and 7th day; Interaction between treatment and time factor (F=22.331, P=0.000).2. PT had no obvious difference at different time points (F=5.129, P=0.002);No obvious difference between the two groups (F=2.535, P=0.118).No interaction between test method and the time factor (F=0.305, P=0.822).3. APTT had obvious difference at different time points (F=28.936, P=0.000); No obvious difference between the two groups (F=4.006, P=0.051). No interaction between test method and the time factor (F=0.219, P=0.835).4. Fibrinogen had obvious difference at different time points (F=93.042, P=0.000); No obvious difference between the two groups (F=1.533, P=0.222). No interaction between test method and the time factor (F=0.130, P=0.889).5. D-dimer had obvious difference at different time points (F=15.944, P=0.000); No obvious difference between the two groups (F=0.588, P=0.447).6. No interaction between test method and the time factor (F=0.269, .749).7. VWF had obvious difference at different time points (F=31.942, .000); There was difference between the two groups (F=4.722, P=0.035). No interaction between test method and the time factor (F=0.895, P=0.424).8. After treatment, observe the two groups of patients and compare the curative effect. Actual treated 49 patients, excluding 1 case.1 case of treatment group (n=25) occurred posterior tibial vein thrombosis; none of control group (n=25) occurred posterior tibial vein thrombosis There was no statistically significant difference (P=0.510) in the control group (n=24).Conclusion:The preliminary results of clinical trials are revealed:1. Hongtao Xiaozhong granule could relieve lower limb swelling of perioperative lower extremity fracture.2. Hongtao Xiaozhong granule could reduce hemophilia factor levels of perioperative lower limb fracture patients.
